I love Honeybee
I love Honeybee! They're consistently affordable, fast, and efficient. Customer service is great too. I haven't had many issues over the past two years, but the few times I did they were resolved quickly. Really solid company.

I’ve used Honeybee for years and they were great. The past year has been terrible. It takes a week or more to get a prescription filled and I sometimes run out before getting my refill. I’m seriously looking into a different online pharmacy.
They don't ship important medications until 5 business days after they receive the refill from your doctor and you pay for the order. It then takes another 5 business days to reach you so you are without important meds when you need to be taking then every day. I won't be ordering from honeybee health again.
Been using them for years now and they are fantastic
Wait times for medications have gotten to be way too long: 5-7 days to "process" just to get a medication to the pharmacy and then another 5-7 days to ship (unless you pay extra for "expedited shipping"). A little less expensive on some things but not worth waiting two weeks!
Every month it's frustrating to claim your money for allowances account... they our pay not enough our THIS MONTH NOTHING there is 800+ money what is waiting in my allowance account!.. Im waiting already 3 weeks, after 4 phone calls, 5 emails... Nothing
Short version: I always paid for premium shipping and my medication was always, always delayed. Endless processing times = delays in receiving meds, wrong manufacturer/items sent and spineless customer service. If you hate the huge chain pharmacies, try to find a smaller, independent pharmacy that you can work with, because Honeybee is NOT the remedy. Longer version:This is your typical West Coast, "gig" project that tries to re-invent the healthcare wheel while operating on a shoestring budget and relies on looking "cool" to overcompensate for their shortcomings. Remember Theranos and Elizabeth Holmes? Same energy here. I work a lot, and the mail-in option seemed ideal. And I'm on *one* medication so I figured, how much can they screw it up? I shouldn't have asked. The first few fills weren't great, but at least I got my med - they clearly don't hire enough people to process orders, because - even if you pay for the premium shipping option AND your provider immediately approves the prescription - they will sit on that medication for at least 5 days before they ship it. Now, ask yourself: why would you do that with people's prescriptions? Why not get them out the door ASAP? Why take the risk of bad customer service or delaying medical care? Like I said, they probably don't hire enough people because they don't want to pay - shoestring budget mentality. This became a problem after a few months - even though I ordered ahead of time to account for the delay. At one point, I had to have my provider write me a prescription to a local CVS because I was out of pills because Honeybee took TEN DAYS to ship the med! The last two shipments, however, were the final nail in the coffin for Honeybee. They shipped the wrong manufacturer - I took the pill anyway because I needed it, but, sure enough, I reacted to one of the fillers in the pill - hives everywhere. Also, my preferred manufacturer cost $38 while the junk they sent me cost $12 - I wanted a refund for the difference. I also wanted my normal manufacturer so that I wouldn't break out into hives. Called customer service - nice people but they clearly are under-trained and have no power at all. They did give me the refund, but, they told me I'd have to wait "3-5 business days" for the new prescription to arrive from the correct manufacturer. I had a lot going on with family that week and didn't have the time to be running around to pharmacies trying to get it filled, so I agreed to have Honeybee send me a replacement prescription that was supposed to be the correct manufacturer. Another 10 days of waiting (luckily, I had enough pills) - and they again, sent me the wrong manufacturer. I called AGAIN to Honeybee and they refunded me, but, you can tell, the C/S Reps just aren't paid enough to give a damn about the problem. I will never use their service again, ever and would strongly urge anyone to skip on this. I did eventually find a local, independent pharmacy that will order the manufacturer I need - because CVS was really useless in that department - and I think I'm better off this way. This is just a toy/"boss girl" gig to the people running Honeybee; they really don't care about health outcomes or about patients - just making themselves look good for the publicity.
Not for me. Meds (viagra) were from a reseller who used them. No usefulness and side effects.
Their system is so horribly set up, I go without my meds for days, regularly, because they can only do ONE MONTH REFILLS at a time, that YOU the patient are expected to call each individual doctor for your own refill, because they “can’t reach the doctor” but I somehow can, using the same number …. but wait, there’s a reason for this! It’s because THEY mix up the contact info for what med goes to which doctor, EVERY SINGLE MONTH! They then email me, accusing ME of making a mistake, worded like: “YOU sent us the wrong contact info, because your ALLERGIST won’t refill your MIGRAINE MEDS.” or “YOU sent us the wrong info, because we called *allergist number* and they said there is no *name of my migraine doctor* working there.” (despite me having gotten this refill last month, so clearly I didn’t give them the wrong info originally, if they got thru last month…?) So because of their mistake, they aren’t contacting my migraine doctor for the migraine med, they’re trying to get it from a seemingly random choice of one of my other doctors, because who they request each med from changes every month (example: last time it was requesting migraine med from allergist, now they’re requesting my allergy meds from my psychiatrist, etc. etc.). This month, they even sent me a number for my migraine doctor that is from a practice he hasn’t worked at for YEARS, from WAY before I ever used Honeybee, that I ABSOLUTEY NEVER GAVE THEM, and I even double checked my past emails with them to verify that I NEVER provided this number, only the current one. Genuinely, someone on their team must have GOOGLED MY DOCTOR (that they couldn’t get thru to on BECAUSE THEY MIXED UP THE CONTACT INFO) and wrote down that number, because I was SO confused when they sent me a 4+ year old number that, again from double checking my emails, I NEVER GAVE THEM….I also am out of at least one med every single month, and waste hours-days of MY time, while they have employees paid to do this, simply because their system is completely dysfunctional. This month, I’ve been off my antidepressants for 2 days now, having all kinds of withdrawal symptoms, and the package is days away because they let it sit there for days, after having said they received my prescription lol. This place is worse than Walgreen’s, which is what I was trying to get away from. Honeybee, I want you to know that you’ve made my life so significantly worse — signed a chronically ill, neurodivergent person (who ya know, actually relies on their meds to function every day, so I’m just S.O.L. for days at a time, every single month). You have genuinely made my quality of my life so much worse, for entire time I’ve used you. Whoever made this place should be so embarassed that this is the experience they want to provide to the sick, elderly, & disabled. Truly. Wouldn’t reccomend this place to my worst enemy. Save your time and money, and try a different online pharmacy — I’m currently looking into Mark Cuban, and another place called Express something. Don’t waste your time and ruin your health with this place.
Shocked at the outrageous amount being charged for a simple med. I do not have an order number because when I saw the amount, I refused to place the order. Stay away and continue to shop around. My last prescription was 60 dollars delivered. This one would have been well over 200 including extra charges and the meds themselves. They are just taking advantage of this med gaining popularity. Not a client centered company.
Have Honeybee through my work, manually submitted my first claim and they have had me redo it 3 different times (with a "proper" receipt), the 4th time I called to ensure I had the proper documents "everything looks good". Got DENIED the 4th time today, this time the reason was "lack of coverage", I have been told I have more than enough coverage and to make me go through all of this to say I don't have coverage would be so typical of these types of companies. So now I have to wait for claims because no one can help me when I call in. Needless to say this is beyond frustrating and we're going on a month of this, very unacceptable.
I don’t give zero stars because it doesn’t have. This company is a scam the still money from you easily. I was found a search on their prices and it says $1 for a Generic Viagra or Cialis and 3 month supply which was pretty good but at the end they never show the total neither it was a subscription!!! Suddenly I receive an email from them saying the price they took from my PayPal account was more than $300 !!!! And I was already subscribed for the months ahead!!! In less than 5 min I reached a customer service asking to cancel everything and that I have not finish any deal a was just trying to look for the final price (which is by the way the more expensive pills in the market!) and they told me they would not cancel anything! They refuse to cancel a sell that barely reached their system, was not packed, was not shooed was 5 minutes before. Even I I had by mistake pressed the wrong button and had completed the sell there was no reason not to cancel an order that was barely received minutes before. The person was rude, he didn’t care about the customer or any reason, he just want to secure the $300+ in their pocket. It was robbery, it was intentional. It’s the worst company I’ve ever been in contact in the US. I’m planning to take legal actions against them. You someone wants to by generic Tadalafil or Sydenafil there are many other trusted companies with good customer services like Friday Plans with price one third of them. Be careful those people are trained to still your money no matter what.
I loved Honeybee when it was new. The past few times I've had horrible experiences. The order somehow becomes mangled. They sent out the wrong manufacturer or last time, they delayed shipping for 3 weeks while I was caught in a merry-go-round of frustration, trying to get the order straight. This time, they've had three issues so far with a simple (repeat) script and still haven't shipped it. If they didn't regularly provide the manufacturer I require, I would definitely quit. Customer service is nice and seems helpful, but that hasn't been the case.
$500+ Honeybee: Underdelivered Rx (never arrived; 2+ weeks and counting) and CRAZY OVERPRICED ($300 Honeybee + $130 Push Health).<$50 GoodRx: Price is $25-$50 for Exact Same Rx to be filled at Costco, CVS, Target, Walgreens, Walmart, Wegmans, etc. Now, horrible customer service (no solution) so I have to waste my time with disputing the excessive charge to my credit card!INSANE!!! NEVER, AGAIN, HONEYBEE BS!!!
Every month is full of lies and deception. This is a scam company that steals money out of your account. They operate out of a phony address representing an American Company but are a bunch of foul mouthed, lying scammers who hate Veterans and America. Don’t spend any more of your time or money with this company. They have a bunch of fake good reviews and this company sucks.
My medication is hard to find so reluctantly, I ordered from this company. It was a good choice, the medication was correct and I am very thankful for that. I had to contact customer service a few times because it was not shipped as 3 day shipping that I paid for. That being said I got an immediate response every time. My only complaint was I paid for expedited delivery and received it 10 days later. Which I was refunded for. I suggest when ordering from here to order early. I am happy with my experience and will most definitely use them again.
Awful experience. Attempted to use this service to get zepbound when it showed it was available. They wanted the most money out of any company I have found but in an act of desperation I quickly contacted my doctor to send a script over and they gladly put a hold on my credit card for the amount. Waited 4 days to find out it actually wasn’t available. I lost 4 days hunting down an already difficult to get medication and then told that I had to tell them I didn’t want to keep the hold for when it randomly comes in. Don’t fall for this. They make you pay extra to ship it to you quickly too cause it's a temperature controlled medication. $35 for 1-2 days. Horrible experience.
This is an absolutely fantastic company! I had a bad reaction to a generic prescription and the pharmacist I spoke to at Honeybee immediately started working on finding my usual generic brand at pharmacies around my home area! He called 7 of them to see if they had the right generic so he could transfer the prescription over! I have never had such amazing customer service and care at any other pharmacy. Thank you to Marc at Honeybee Health!
Could not find my metformin shipped from Ascend Lab, called Honeybee they shipped it right away.Have been ordering from them for several yrs . Very happy with meds and the pharmacist
EDIT: While the below was a pain, the support people were extremely fast and helpful, and solved the issue with a complete refund. (originally 1-star-review)I was sent a prescription automatically that I had previously canceled. I was given no notice that this new order was being sent, just that it had already been shipped and I would be charged for it. There is no way to easily cancel a subscription, and no indication that you even have an ongoing subscription in your account. It's all obfuscated and difficult. It's been a terrible experience.
