Runs large
Bought size 6 sneakers and they were at least a half size too large. The cushion felt great, but unwearable in the size. Also bought the clown platforms that came with what looked like blood on it and a chipped strap buckle. Ordered another pair and they’re also big, but the size 5 was sold out and they’re less floppy than the sneakers.

I own 6 pairs of "hot chocolate" shoes..each one cuter than the other..the fit, the COMFORT, and the CUTENESS!!!...don't forget about the box that it comes in!!!...I ABSOLUTELY LOVE "hot chocolate"!

First timer...
This was my first time purchasing from Hot Chocolate and it won't be my last! Im quite surprised at the quality of the boots so far. I work long shifts as a hairstylist on my feet so Im very particular about the shoes I wear. I was able to wear my new boots all day for my shift at work without even breaking them in and they were still comfortable on my feet by the end of the day. That's nothing short of a miracle! Plus, they're super cute design and Ive already received tons of compliments! I did buy a size bigger just in case and Im glad I did because they're the perfect fit.

I have 7 pairs of Hot Chocolate shoes and love them ALL. My coworkers all ask where I got them, so hopefully you get more customers. The Emerald Witch boots are AMAZING!

Unbelievably comfortable and Uniquely adorable
These are by far my favorite shoes. I own 4 pairs of flats, a pair of wedges, and a pair of their new boots. All of them are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had the pleasure of wearing. The flats, in particular, are my favorite because they don't dig into or rub my heels when I walk. I've never gotten a blister from these. Let's not forget about the amazing designs. Personally, I go for the "Dark Chocolate" designs, but they are all so unique and adorable. Something for every personality. Highly highly recommend this brand.

We love the shoe design and packaging. Its the extra fun little things that make ordering fun. Ex: the candle to stick in my cake box to enjoy the celebration of my shoes inside. Happy Shoes and Happy Packaging. Very fun and functional.

Well-made, cute-be sure to size up
Prior to my most recent purchase, I had three pairs of hot chocolate shoes, two sneakers and a pair of flat sandals. I recently purchased under the Valentine’s Day special buy two get one free. I got a pair of boots, a pair of platform sandals, and a pair of sneakers.All the hot chocolate shoes are really excellent quality and very colorful and cute, and I appreciate they are vegan. I will say I only have two tiny little gripes: you do need to size up I have found; they do not have half sizes, and I personally find they run a bit small. for some reason, though the sneakers run the smallest of all, they fit only with very thin socks, and there is some size disparagement between pairs like two size 8 will be sometimes an eighth or a quarter of an inch difference, which can be a lot when you’re trying to pull on sneakers with no give. That said though they are super cute, I love all the colorful designs, and I definitely will keep shopping from them!

I sent 2 emails saying one of the pairs…
I sent 2 emails saying one of the pairs of shoes I ordered came without a moon attached to the bow. No response. I also sent a picture. This is not the first time I have received a pair missing something. It would have been nice to get an email back on the problem.
