Hotel click is a scam!!!
ZERO STARSHotel click is a scam!!!! So many people have had the same experience of money being taken for hotel bookings and then email received saying the rooms have been cancelled a few days before. No contact answered and emails not responded to also... eventually get an email saying we do not get a refund!!SHOCKING that these fraudsters are getting away with knowingly lying about available hotel rooms and stealing people’s money.Have reported there behaviour and feel assured they will be investigated very soon as so much evidence against there practice.DO NOT RISK USING THESE FRAUDSTERS!!!Please read other reviews....so many cheated unhappy customers.

If it was possible to give no stars…
If it was possible to give no stars that's what i would do. Like so many other reviews i was advised by the company my booking was cancelled they were unsure why. I contacted the hotel and they advised they cancelled it on Hotelclick instruction so instantly i knew something was up. Like others they used phrases like "possible refund", took days to respond to emails. When this did they were poorly written and impossible to comprehend. You are unable to contact them by phone, i asked multiple times for someone to call me to resolve. I have still not received my refund. I am going to report it to Visa as a theft, and have advised them i am doing this.

Also for 5 and 6 December a hotel ...Also booked a hotel in Vienna for 5 to 7 December.Was also canceled by HotelsClick.com a few days before check-in, even though the payment had already been debited from my account on October 21st.Hope had problems at the hotel at check-in, no rooms available.Never want to experience this on vacation again.3 times an email sent no response, my money wants to return soonJanuary 7 still my money will not be returnedHendrik Pare

Beware
Booked hotel for a week stay of a group, money was deduced immediately but 2 months before stay it was cancelled by Hotelsclick. Impossible to joun Hotelsclick, emails are not answered, and money is not refunded up to date. This is not service, This is fraud !

WARNING DO NOT BOOK ON THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!On the 03/11/2018 I booked a weekend for the 30-02/12/2018 in Polokwane RSA through Hotelclick. On the 27th i got an email stating that they confirm the cancellation of my booking and this was without me requesting for that cancellation. On inquiry with them they told me indeed my booking had been cancelled because they are currently facing some technical issues with suppliers who are cancelling all reservation made through them and they could not reconfirm those reservations and therefore suggested that I book my stay on other platforms, without refunding my money so that I can re-book. Where the hell were they expecting me to get more money to re-book without them refunding my money back. I have been following up on my refund and I have been told they will inform me in the next days about the procedure to follow for a "possible refund". What the hell do they mean about possible refund, cause they didn't deliver on their promise . Going through other people's reviews it's clear that this is a scam since this is not a new thing of them to simple just cancel the booking, I think that these guys are just ripping people off and I will never book through them again and you should also stay away from them.

Be very carefull, they are crook , thief ( italian reg. company !!!! ) .
No chance to cancel a booking with them, and the hotel they deal with, will also withdraw money of your card without your authorization.I made a booking with them, and they at once withdraw the amount of the bank account. Unlike others sites, they doesn t allow more than 1 day to recall booking, or may be less. Definitely, I will report them to police. AVOID THIS SITE

needed a hotel near Alicante Airport, for one night, checked with Trivago, and chose HotelClick, they, along with three other sites, had the best price.Big mistake, booked, and fortunately, paid with PAYPAL, couldn't get a Voucher to download, so spoke to them online, was told they had sent me an email. They had!, and, had the audacity to tell me to choose another hotel, or pay another £29.00!!!! for the hotel I had just booked!This did not happen, and I demanded a refund immediately, to PayPal. This, they did.Booked within the next half hour, with one of the alternative companies,and, had the confirmation,and voucher within that time.Called the hotel, who confirmed my booking was made with them.I will put this one down to a bad experience, but will never use Hotelclick again.

Horrible
I have been trying to reach Hotel click for 3 days now to cancel my reservation. I have called left messages and emails with no response. I have never experience this with any other booking company ever.

Hotel booking
I booked Ramada hotel in al Khobar,they sent me an e mail for the booking and confirmation.They charged 735 €.I arrived hotel .I was surprised.The name of the hotel and the operating company was changed one year ago.They dont accept the payment and reservation.I had to stay there and i had to pay again for staying. I sent 2 e mails to the customer relations. There is no reply.I advise not to trust hotelclic.I ma trying to find legal solutions to refund my money.Terrible. Ataman Atasoy
