The most unprofessional people
The most unprofessional people. I recently used their service, and it was really pathetic. I have booked for 3 days family trip in and around Mangalore. When booking the so-called owner "Chandrashekar" was very polite and sounded like a gem. He properly mentioned that for non A/C vehicle it was 19500/- and for A/C vehicle it was 21000/-. I accepted for A/C vehicle and asked for a good driver who should take us to all places wherever asked on the way and should not create dramas and for that he obliged. We got reasonably good vehicle and driver was also good. But A/C was not working and when asked driver he promptly told non A/C vehicle was booked. I thought why to create drama for that, and we went on. On last day when we have to settle the amount, when I said that we will give 19500 as per our discussion, he raised his voice and demanded 21000 as i should have told on first day just after getting into the vehicle about A/C. He even started throwing tantrums like if you don't give 21000, he will go to all temples and put kanike to make us worse. Finally have to give 21000 as it was a total harassment. If you have to choose these guys get the calls recorded, get everything written on stamp paper, check everything in vehicle before entering in or otherwise you know the alternative. They are just agents and talk polite while getting orders. They work for 4-5K commission for 3 days package. While settlement they show their rowdyism. Never trust these filthy people blindly.
