I was charged £49 without consent only a day after paying 0.10p for one image. At no point when taking the payment did it say anywhere that this was a trial, how long the trial was or what payment after the trial would be. I now am finding it very difficult to cancel the subscription I have apparently subscribed to because there is no cancel subscription option at all on my account membership page online. Needing an urgent response from customer service. AVOID.

As the same case with many other users, I was prompted to pay 0.10 GBP and a trial membership. Only after a day I was charged 49.99 GBP without my consent. There was no proper information in the website about this pro subscription. This payment is totally scam. I tried to reach out to their support department but they are not responsive at all. They keep replying with the same text, there is no customer service at all. Avoid this website and app at all costs.

1 star is more than enough of this scam website. 1st, they will charge you 1php for their service, and month/week later, they will steal your 899 php balance on your Gcash/maya and other payment method that can be used. Beware of this app. Also, their customer service is so unresponsive regarding the refund. Karma will served.

They'll lure into trials, only to be charged for subscriptions you never agreed to. I am one of the victims of this scam. Their app and website is a form of phishing scam why? unauthorized and deceptive billing practices, including making charges without proper consent, which can be considered a form of phishing or a scam. I paid 1 peso just for few credits or a trial but I didn't click anything that tells subscribe yet unauthorized charges happened on my e-wallet i didn't subscribe to something and that instant vision took my money. Beware of this new scam.

This site scammed numerous individuals already. They made unauthorized charges even without subscription to their service and still continue to do so. They lure you with a “₱1 trial” and ask to link your bank account then they deduct ₱899 without your knowledge.
I was charged twice since I can't still unlink my account. When I contacted customer support, they refused a full refund and insisted on returning only 50%. They agreed to give a full refund after 7 days but they have stopped replying.
This is a fraudulent and deceptive practice. My next step will be to report them to cybersecurity authorities and ADCC since they are Hongkong based site. I hope the website be shutdown by the authorities.
