I ordered and paid for 4 imprinted shirts. One was completely wrong. Even after emailing and calling they will only refund me 40% of the one shirt, and will not send a replacement. Horrible customer service. I'll never do business with them again. This was not my fault that they messed up, but I have to bear the cost.

i liked how when i called they actually picked up the phone(you'd be surprised about how many companies dont do that)The phone call was a little long like 15 mins for 1 question because I got put on hold but its ok!

Customer service was top notch, i made a mistake on my order and submitted a support issue and they responded very quickly and fixed my issue seamlessly. We received our order in a very timely manner and it exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. We would recommend. Its rare to get that sort of customer service these days.
