Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. They told us they were renewing our policy. The day before it was set to renew they send us an email telling us they decided not to renew and now we are scrambling last minute. Do not trust these people!

Avoid Infinity Insurance – Extremely Poor ServiceI’ve had a very disappointing experience with Infinity Insurance. After filing a claim, there was no proper follow-up or support. The adjuster assigned to my case was unreachable, with the contact number always unavailable. I also spoke with several body shops, and they all shared similar frustrations—many had dealt with delays and uncooperative behavior from this company. It's clear that even their own policyholders face a great deal of difficulty during the claims process.I strongly advise against purchasing a policy from Infinity Insurance.

The worst company to pay you back if one of his clients hit you in the back of your car. One of his clients hit me and they only wanted to paid me 19.50 dollars, amazing, what part of a car cost that????His personal was rude, Alfredo who saw my car horrible person without manners and Elizabeth called me and I ask her,if with 19.50 dollars you can paid something.Horrible experience.The solution. Hidden agent fees
Hidden agent fees, lackluster coverage, absentee insure. They sent my balance to collections when I decided to switch. Predatory company. Stay away please!!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! absolute worse company to get insurance from. Don’t do it get any other company . Yolanda Rodriguez is a very unprofessional pig in claims and after I paid $280 a month for 3 years for fully comp insurance they make my shop put used parts on my 3 year old car and reduce the cost from 1600 to $1000 only to give me $128 for my claim after I rented cars for over $1000 as this claim took 8 weeks. Complete waste of time energy and mental stress. From the beginning Yolanda was very unprofessional and unhelpful not to mention super rude. Take my advise don’t waste your time and money.

Involved in an automobile accident the other person received the ticket for sideswiped me. Now Infinity claims I’m 10% liable. Asked why, no direct answer. The repair shop received payment 2 months afterwards and I had to pay a separate repair that wasn’t covered which should have called me before fixing it.It’s all a big scam. I’m reporting it to the Insurance Commision. Oh, Infinity still owes me reimbursement for my rental.

Please do yourself a favor don't buy infinity insurance at all. I have insurance I pay month to month and now they want me to pay the damages of an accident out of my pocket, not talking about my damages but from the other car so this is unbelievable . They said they can not pay and will not listen to reasons and I also ask I need to talk to another person and not jasmine bailey that will understand me better since English is not my firts language but neither do anything.I can assure this company is good as long as there is no problems but when the time to help the insurer comes they like to wash their hands. So we need to say a word so others will not suffer the same. I don't look this is fair so be aware.

This is a scamming garbage company, they raised my insurance 6 times to begin with, I didn't have any, they bought my policy from Alliance, I'm super unhappy, they are total garbage, I do not recommend this garbage company called Kemper Infinity, I have always hated this garbage company. by fraudulent thieves, scammers, they are total rubbish rubbish I will look for them by all means and I leave you the worst review in the world rubbishesta es una compania basura estafadora me subio mi aseguranza por 6 veces para empesar yo no tenia cin ellos mi poliza la compraron a aliance estoy super descontento son una basura total no les recomiendo esta basura de compania llamada kemper infinity siempre e odiado esta basura de compania por ladrones estafadores fraudulentos son basura total basuras los buscare por todos los medios y les dejo el peor review del mundo basuras

they are charging me 114 dollars after I canceled and when they owe mw money they send a 114 service fee letter telling me 20 days or collections!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! Absolutely a bottom of the barrle insurance company.

Worst auto insurance ever
Worst auto insurance ever! We have had this insurance for a couple of years thinking that the car would be covered if there was an accident, guess what it isn't. A lady hit our parked car and Infinity has done nothing to help me file a claim with the woman's insurance, they never return my phone calls and have the most unhelpful claims adjusters I have ever seen. It has been 3 months that I haven't been able to use my car and it is just sitting and no help at all from this company. I will never use this insurance again

This is the worst insurance company that exists, I had two accidents on different dates and in different cars under their coverage, and they were not responsible for any of them, they always have an excuse not to pay, and they don't help at all, they don't even bother to explain to you, they don't take calls, please don't waste your money and your energy with this company, you think it's cheap but in the long run it's very expensive to hire these scoundrels

By far the WORST insurance ever
By far the WORST insurance ever! If your scared that an insurance won't pay you out? Well this would be the type of company to avoid then. I had an claim back in July and conveniently my check got lost for a month and it took another week to cancel and process a new check. Now when it comes to my vehicle THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY OUT $2K+ worth of damages. The rack and pinion was damaged during a hit and run while my vehicle was parked outside a friends house. The adjuster determine the rack and pinion IS THE PROBLEM of why my vehicle won't steer but it was not caused from the collision . Mind you photos show the front was damaged , the other car even moved my truck off the side walk hitting a fence but since there no visible damage rk the part they will not pay out because "it could of gave out before the collision". About 2 hours before the collision the truck got me to point A to point B police report has my friends address where it was parked and this insurance DOES NOT WANT TO PAY OUT !! I 100% recommend on passing on this insurance. Pay the extra money on another insurance this company isn't worth it. Worst customer service ever as well . When reaching out to adjusters it ALWAYS goes to voice-mail it will take days for someone to reach out . The "agents" they have available don't even have authority to do anything on your claim. Just a bad bad bad company!!

Let me just say trash ass company as they took my car to a Auto Auction called IAA my car had minor rear damages and now it's damaged all the way around dont allow them to take ur car as I did not know my car was gonna come back with way more damages I live in Austin Tx Infinity also know as Kemper !! Customer service sucks ass possibley running a scam tried to total out my car

Please‼️ do not use this company they are scammers and should be barred from practicing in the insurance. I have two horror stories with this company. The first is after having my car damaged the claims adjuster paid the body shop only the first portion of the check amount. The body shop tried for several months to get the adjuster to come back out but he never did. he would set up a day and time then never show up. End result he never came so I had to pay out of my own pocket to fix the damages. 10 years later I regretfully tried them again due to my insurance agent getting such a great rate and I reluctantly took it. This time I at the end of the policy decided to go with a different company. I paid for a new policy with a new company before my policy renewed with infinit. infinity then turned around and charged my credit car over 12 times in 3 days amounting in over $4,500. they charged the card until it was maxed out. Upon calling them they stated they didn’t see the charges. I called my bank and called infnifty on a 3 way call after speaking with a supervisor they finally discovered that they had billed me multiple times to the effetc of 3 times per day for 4 days from Friday until Monday and as I was on the phone with the supervisor. This caused bills and other things to get charged backed due to the amount pulled from the credit card and causing other accounts not to be able to use that account. After getting reimbursed all the charges they pulled from my credit card over a week later I thought wow! glad that’s over never again. Well a month later I get a bill from them of $312.00 saying they didn’t receive payment one of the months. how? I’m pretty sure you would have taken that out of the over $4,500. you over billed me on a $116. dollar a month policy. Then a couple of days later after sending in proof I was insured by a new company before the new policy started I get a letter from a collections agency saying I owe $312.00 😱 ❌🚷 They don’t care about their customers and will steel from you but want you to not hold them accountable.

This insurance company is hard to get a hold of and seems to be part of the major insurance fraud schemes where they fake accidents for business profits. Getting a hold of Shane Ramsey or any insurance claims adjuster is like playing phone tag, which is definitely suspicious already.

This is the absolute worse company to ever trust with anything. They lied to me about payments due..they took money i wasn't aware of but because i needed coverage for both of my leased vehicles I felt trapped. What do i mean by they took my money? Well i was sick with Covid and my insurance lapsed, I called once i was better only one payment behind but my insurance was canceled remember 3 years of no problems with payments, I called in to get the reinstatement cost paid that was almost $700 then i was told I had 30 days to pay another $220 that was taken before the day set and when i called in to inquire about that I was then told I needed to pay another $387 on that following next day and and another $387 the following next week telling me mumbo jumbo which I couldn't for the LIFE OF ME UNDERSTAND why did I just pay all that money??? and when i asked for a refund of the $700 and the other $220 because I just paid it of course it was sorry but we can't and XYZ!!!! I left before the $387 was due but was still told I owe $187 ugh I finally decided to leave after 3 years of not knowing better options are out here and no thanks to FREEWAY INSURANCE the broker they use to sign people up.

THE WORSE!!!
THE WORSE!!!My son was involved in a accident over 2 years ago. Infinity charged me over $6,000.00 a year for our policy saying it was because I was at fault for the accident! At the time of the accident we were insured by GEICO. Our insurance broker assured us this was an oversight and that Infinty needed proof I was not the driver. We were told we would be refunded the overcharged amount dating back to when the policy with Infinty was started. Our insurance broker provided Infinty with a letter from GEICO stating that our son Zachary was the driver of the vehicle involved in the accident but to no avail. Infinty says they need a letter with different verbiage!Typical big business that is screwing the average consumer!Stay as far away from this company as possible.I am going to contact an attorney to see if there are any actions I can take against Infinty.
