they screwed up setting up my bank details correctly and do not pick up the call. My renters have paid the rent but i am not able to access the funds for paying mortgage. USELESS company

We've been using Innago since July 2025 and have had a pretty smooth experience so far. Anytime we've had questions, contacting customer service was easy. Setting up our property and payments has been really easy. We recommend to other landlords.

Best property management/finance tool at this price
I am beyond impressed and extremely happy with the experience so far on Innago. The most useful feature for me has been the fillable lease agreement and e-signatures. Apart from that, the website is very well organized, it is easy to add new tenants, edit/create invoices, keep track of the finances, use filters in the income/expense sections to focus on any particular tenant/timeframe/type/etc. I have explored various features over the past few months, and really the only thing I was surprised by, and maybe that is just good to be aware of, is the inability to sign a lease from your phone, it can only be done on the website. The positives and benefits of Innago far outweigh this one downside. I cannot imagine moving to a different platform. To top it off, not a single complaint from any of the tenants so far. I expect the software will help me find information much more easily when it comes to filing our tax returns.

Intuitive to use

Great for first time landlords !
I’ve been really impressed with this so far. It works well, is easy to navigate, and has surprisingly strong bookkeeping features — especially helpful for new landlords who are just starting to organize rental income and expenses. It keeps everything in one place and makes property management feel a lot more straightforward. Highly recommend!

The platform is very user-friendly
Innago has been a game-changer for managing my properties and professionals. It completely streamlines communication, allowing me to take myself out of the constant loop of sending invoices, emails, and rent reminders which is a huge time-saver! The platform is very user-friendly, tech-friendly, and easy to understand. Plus, it’s great to see they are continually updating the software based on professional property management needs. My only minor critique is the fund processing time, which can sometimes take 5 to 6 business days. However, this is easily manageable. Overall, Innago is an excellent, essential tool.
