Loong delivery time and rude telephone service
Ordered a part 13/12-19, paid for it 19/12-17, called them several times after they ignored my e-mails on status. Finally I was told by phone that they were waiting for the part from UK. Even more times passed and finally I got an email that a shipment was underway. On my request they supplied a track&trace number and a link to www ups com. UPS did not recognize the number, so I called them. Got hold of the guy that sent me the e-mail with the link. He arrogantly explained that the shipment was send with US postal service at the link was www usps com. I tried to explain my frustration on not being able to track my package when they supply the false information. The answer - 'No, I do not make mistakes like that'. Hard to argue against, when I have the email in front of me, with the false link. I do not know what to say. Very bad customer service... Still waiting for the product 27/1-17...
