This was an amazing experience

This was an amazing experience. I called the company and they were able to send out a technician the very next morning. Mike showed up, diagnosed, and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He was courteous and professional. Not only that, the charge was very similar to what I would’ve paid, if not less, had it brought it into the dealership

It’s hard to find a repair service you can trust, but Instant Car Fix delivered exactly what they promised. No hidden charges, no unnecessary upselling, just honest work.

January was stressful when my brakes started squeaking loudly. Instant Car Fix responded within 45 minutes and fixed the issue the same afternoon. Clean work and fair pricing.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! After spending hours trying to open my trunk to replace a brake light, the mechanic said he could not do it and left.He also got grease all over the seats. They told me the bill would be 296 dollars.

My car failed to start

My car failed to start, I called Instant Car, the technician ran diagnostic checks and confirmed a failed starter motor. The replacement took around 1 hour, and I was back on the road the same evening. Considering roadside services usually take hours, this was incredibly efficient. Pricing was fair compared to dealership quotes I had previously received.

Unreliable - No Show

The mechanic never showed up, which really left us in a bind. We made the mistake of relying on this company to fix our car the day before an important medical appointment, which was obviously a huge mistake. Also, please be mindful of their policies if you do book an appointment.

Stay away from Aidan McAuliffe of Valley Mobile Tire and Auto

Their mechanic, Aidan McAuliffe of Valley Mobile Tire and Auto, told me he could get the part cheaper and would "adjust the invoice" when he got there. I sent him $212 for the part and not only did he not show up but promised to send the money back, over and over and over again, that was almost a month ago. Liars, all o f them. Stay away from them, but mostly stay away from scammer Aidan McAuliffe. I am a hard-working teacher and can't afford to "give" money to anyone!!!!

3 days later still no mechanic.

I ordered expedited service a guy shows up at 6:00 p.m. says they've given him an alternator instead of a starter. And then says he can't find a starter anywhere for my vehicle. Next day I look for myself and find the starter at the other end of the block at advance Auto parts. O'Reilly's has it in stock also. Buy my own starter and reschedule. No show reschedule for next day again no show. They want me to cancel so they can charge me a cancellation fee. No dice you canceled by not providing the service within the time agreed upon. Still waiting for my money to be refunded.

Poor business practices

I was charged for labor and billed for parts that were never used on my vehicle. Nearly 2 months later, despite multiple emails and conversations with customer service representatives who acknowledge that I am owed a refund for the unused parts totaling $149, I have still not received the refund. The lack of follow-through and failure to resolve this issue reflects poor customer service and raises significant concerns about the company’s business ethics and practices.

Bait and Switch!

I booked this to change a battery in my daughters car, order (ICF-276421912) to be installed as I was out of town and couldn't help put it in for her. We selected the Gold battery installed for 359 and I was able to buy one from Autozone for 250. I figured $100 for install was fair. The day of the appointment my daughter got a call saying the battery THEY had wasn't strong enough to start the car? How? You got the year, make and model of the car in advance! They told my daughter they needed an additional $100 before they can come out. I called the number and spoke to the sales rep. He said that it's because the car needs more power and the gold won't cut it. I asked him, why it was listed on your website? THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH! He tried to tell me it's because of the car. Which is complete bull... You had the car information before we paid! Now if I cancel I will be charged with a late cancelation (within 24 hrs). THIS COMPANY DOES BAIT AND SWITCH!

Stay away from these absolute scammers

Stay away from these absolute scammers. I booked a one hour diagnostic appointment, they called up 2 hours after arrival time to ask to quote for more hours in case the job took longer. Promised that quote would be adjusted depending on time spent. Mechanic was there for an hour and didn't diagnose my car properly. They charged the full 8 hours and an urgent fee. I spent weeks chasing up a refund to end the end be told, by a so called manager named "Isaac Berry" that I won't be getting a refund due to me accepting the charges, which is BS. They took $1844 more than they should have. Currently seeking legal advice.

Shameful Scam. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

1. Received a text that the mechanic would visit between 11am and 3pm.2. At 3pm I phoned Car Fix. The agent said she would connect me with the mechanic. The mechanic did not answer.3. At 3:05pm, I phoned Car Fix again. A different agent tried to convince me to reschedule; I refused and said that I wanted to cancel and be refunded. After several more attempts at trying to convince me to reschedule, he finally agreed and said that he would send me a cancellation form via text. I said that I would wait on the line until he sent it; he said he would need to hang up first.4. Text arrived. It was not a cancellation form. It was an offer of a 10% discount if I rescheduled. I was invited to click Y or N. I clicked N.5. Phoned Car Fix for the third time, and spoke with a different agent. Another series of attempts to convince me to reschedule. Ultimately told me that he would have to "speak to management" about a refund, and that I would receive a call back. There has been no call back. This company is a shameful scam. I am now working on a credit card dispute through my bank.

After they finished, mechanic never came in to bring me outside to show me that he fixed. It went out next day to start and it would not work. Took my Ford van into Earnhardt Ford Arizona and misdiagn

Hire more more experienced mechanics or at least the one that came to my house is not any good. No communication and repair problems

Terrible company

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from Instant Car Repair regarding a fuel pump replacement on my 2012 Toyota Camry. On 12/16/25 I hired your service to replace what I suspected was a failing fuel pump. After the job:My car would not start at all, even with the old pump reinstalled. The issue has clearly worsened, indicating gross mishandling of the vehicle during your work.Your technician spent hours at my location and ultimately left without resolving the issue, claiming the problem “might be the connector,” which was vague and unhelpful.Additionally, your billing practices are unacceptable. Charging $1,067 for a fuel pump replacement that not only failed to fix the vehicle but also made it worse — and then refusing to perform proper diagnostics without further payment — is completely unprofessional and exploitative.Your lack of professionalism and disregard for the state of my car has already cost me time, money, and trust, and I will ensure prospective customers are aware of this experience.

These clowns are a joke

These clowns are a joke. Offer service until 11pm although couldn’t get anyone out when I called at 5pm. They convinced me to have it scheduled for the next day at 11am. Ok, if that’s all we can do. So I schedule it for between 11am-3pm the next day. They changed my time to between 2pm and 6pm and argued that I made a mistake. No sir I did not. They only changed it AFTER I sent payment. How convenient. Customers BEWARE. Figure something else out. Not worth the headache!!

Scammer Alert!!

Scammer Alert!!! I purchased a mobile mechanic service to come assist me after breaking down on the side of the road... after 700$ and no one arriving on time I called them to see what's going on. these doofus's were going to head over to my shipping address when I told them the exact location where my vehicle was. Upon spending two days fighting with the chinese customer service lady, she claimed "I spoke with my managers, and we will get you a full refund without any fees".AS soon as she hangs up they send an email stating that entire 700$ will be charged in cancelation fees. LOL. So they want to charge me for a service that was never completed. 100% will be disputing this with my bank. Stay far, far away from these people. Look at their BBB reviews if you don't believe me. Google reviews are inaccurate, anyone can add them.

Stay Away! Rip off dishonest company

Rip off dishonest company! Awful experience. The Mechanic showed up over an hour late. All I needed was to have my brakes bled...I had to help him by pumping the brakes while he went under to bleed the front lines. I don't think he even did anything... He didn't have anything to drain the lines into like a pan... which i thought was very suspicious. He said the air is in the back brake lines. He then told me that he couldn't do the back ones because he would have to take off the tires and he couldn't do it... why he couldn't take off the tires and do it is beyond me. What kind of mechanic can't take off tires and bleed the brake line? A lazy one! I want my $234 back. I deserve a refund. Nothing got fixed. He was there for only about 20 minutes. I feel as if they stole my money. I feel like I have been tricked. They should be ashamed to do do shady business like this.
