DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! The artist I chose has been unable to get the faces remotely correct. The excuse is that the original doesn't give enough detail, so, I gave them more pictures. It only gets worse through each iteration. So, I asked to cancel and told them to keep the deposit for their trouble. Instead, they want me to approve and take delivery according to their money-back guarantee. I will NOT approve it. So, they can just keep working at it until they give up. Then, if they bill me, I will sue them in small claims court and make them come to Florida to defend it.
