My husband and I were trying to find health insurance that would be better than where my husband works. I have so many illnesses and need different doctors to treat me. We had someone from Insurance Masters office, to help sign people up for insurance, stop by our home. We listened and were impressed. They contacted us as to what we needed. With everything, we would have to pay something every month. No problem. I made my first payment and this is where it all fell apart. We got a letter from BCBS that our insurance was cancelled and our money returned. BCBS said that we were the ones that cancelled it. Why would we cancel the insurance! We contacted Insurance Masters and they were checking it out and tried to re-establish it to no avail. During all this time we talked with someone different each time, as well as the manager. They had no clue what to do. Here we are with no insurance! Then when they tried to get us insurance, the price went way up. We couldn't afford it. So we had to just take the free insurance, which doesn't cover enough and makes it cost more for prescriptions and doctor visits. I have had to do without necessary doctors and tests. Insurance Masters didn't help us at all. During talking with them, each person we talked with told us something different each time; what's covered, what they could do for us and finally no communication at all, like they gave up on us. We will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone. Do Not Use them to help you get what you need or for consistent communication.

My first experience with Insurance Masters that impressed me was the fact that upon applying online for a posted position, I received an actual phone call from someone to set up an interview. In a world that has gone towards digital everything, I loved that it was an actual 'person' that I was communicating with! Now after working a year with the company, I see that the 'personal touch' of speaking with a person is valued and expected. I not only enjoy who I work with and what I do, I'm also a 'client' with coverage through this very brokerage. I DEFINITELY recommend Insurance Masters to all!
