Zero Integrity Frauds!

This company called me and stated they could help me with the renewal of my business energy accounts. They connected me with Engie. Once I received my first bill, I was shocked that my electric costs went up over $1200 per month! Now I am stuck in a contract and will be losing 12 to 14 thousand dollars a year, all because of Integrity, Trust me, they have NO integrity! Run, do not walk away from these frauds!!UPDATE: Ok, since you frauds want to respond with BS, let me set the record straight. I have 4 other identical restaurant units which have a different service provider. Their rates did NOT increase ONE bit! So your answer, like your company and your integrity is CRAP!!

I HATE this company

Editing to add: Your reply means nothing, you only posted it because you tried to report my review and it didn't work. Another example of how dishonest this company truly is. I HATE this company. They have been calling my business for YEARS despite the many number of times I have told them we don't already do business with them (yes they love to try that trick) and we will NEVER do business with them. I was assured so many times they will stop calling but they never do. I loathe them with such a passion that any time energy companies come up I trash this company - gotta spread the word!

Easy Process

We worked with Eden Dean who made the whole process, start to finish, a breeze. We even added another location that was linked to a different energy company. She got all our sites moved over to one electric company - such a relief. The only thing we had to do was give the location. I highly recommend working with this company and Eden is fantastic.

Horrible company and the most rude…

Horrible company and the most rude people. They make unsolicited calls and lie about how they aren't selling anything and that our utility referred us to them. They claim to need us to renew our contract with them. We have never done business with them. They refuse to put us on their DNC list.

Our contract was expiring through the…

Our contract was expiring through the company we were at and I spoke to Whitney Morgan about a cheaper rate and maybe finding a different company. It was the easiest transaction I have ever had! She was amazing. She was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about what we needed. Thank you so much! I will never use anyone else!

Sales person calling my 86 year old mother

A sales person wanted to reach me about a business account (I am not the owner). They apparently tried by phone and then emailed me. To ensure they got me they then googled my name and called my 86 year old mother, not bothering to look at other people with the same last name. This is unacceptable. It left her confused about why she was being called. If this is how you do business you should change your name!

I was pressured into signing this…

I was pressured into signing this contract with usuriousrates for a very long amount of time (48 months) &horrendous cancellation fees for commercial customers. The Rep said gas priceswere going to drastically increase & from everything I'mseeing, that is a blatant lie. I am thoroughly upset with"Integrity" Energy & with myself, for believing her.

Eden is AMAZING!

Eden is AMAZING!Eden really sealed the deal for us, the past 6 months we have been working on getting all of our properties switched over. Eden has always been available to answer questions, provide support and she is very knowledgeable. Superb communication skills.

Rude customer service rep

The lady that called me yesterday was very rude. It was so odd how she argued with me about my thoughts regarding energy pricing over the next few months. She was listening to me discuss energy pricing with my wife while I was on hold. The customer rep put me on hold to look up pricing. She said she was listening to my comments about this being an election year and how sometimes energy pricing drops as you near an election. She basically said that was a ridiculous idea and that if I didn't sign now, that I'll be hit with huge rates in 2026 when it's time for a new contract. She was obviously fired up about something. She kept cutting me off during the conversation. I ended up just hanging up on her because she was obnoxious.
