Wonderful experience with Samuel ! , I had another internet service I was struggling with and was being charged a crazy amount for and Sam helped me go through all of fios best plans for me to switch to this sevice and helped me get more for my buck with no stress during the call and no confusion or miscommunication thank you so much! Would recommend thousand times over.

Alex was extremely friendly and helpful. He assisted us in getting our AT&T fiber optic internet transferred to our new address in under 10 minutes. He also ensured we had all of the contact information necessary to make any changes if need be.
