A Course I Took Myself — And Now Assign to Every Leader
The Invest In Your Leaders Course has been extremely beneficial for myself and for the emerging leaders in our company. I took the course after hearing Cameron Herold speak at a conference about how leaders are expected to know how to run effective meetings, hire well, delegate confidently, etc. and yet receive little to no training on it. I realized that applied to me and to the other leaders in our company.For the past few years, I've been assigning it to small groups of our company's emerging leaders and facilitating bi-weekly meetings to discuss the topics and how we can incorporate our learnings into our day-to-day. Highly recommend!

Finally, leadership training that is actually practical
I’ve sat through so many leadership courses that were just hours of fluff and theory, so I was skeptical about "Invest In Your Leaders." But honestly, this is the first one that felt respectful of my time.Cameron Herold’s approach is refreshing because he doesn’t just talk about "why" you should lead; he shows you exactly "how." The videos are bite-sized (mostly 5–7 minutes), which made it easy to squeeze them in between meetings without feeling overwhelmed.I would recommend.

One thing I loved is the way the sections were broken up. This wasn't one long video that I constantly had to stop since I get pulled in 100 directions all day long. Even with a time block, it allowed me to watch a bit, catch up on messages and come right back without feeling like I was playing freeze dance with the training. I also walked away with a TON of notes! At least 12 pages worth. There was a lot of valuable information provided and it gave me a bit of a confidence boost that I am on the right track to continue growing.
