Contacted Amazon UK to get a replacement filter...useless attempt, informed they could not help and offered a refund on item.Contacted support at Invigorated water. A big round of applause for Tracy Customer Services agent! The matter was dealt with in a professional and timely manner. After purposeful communication, Tracy informed that I would be sent 2 water replacement filters without charge. Very grateful for this kind gesture from invigorated water.Will definitely be dealing with them directly instead of going through Amazon. I am expecting the replacement filters today.THANK YOU TRACY!!

I’ve been using Invigorated Water’s PH Recharge Glass Filtration System for approximately 3–4 years, and I wanted to share my experience specifically with their customer service.After more than a year of use on my current unit — and well outside any normal warranty period — I noticed that the bamboo lid had developed a slight warp. The system itself was still working perfectly. Filtration was not affected. I simply reached out to ask whether they had seen that before and whether replacement lids were available.Instead of sending just a lid, they sent me an entirely new filtration system — glass container, stand, valves, filters — everything.I did not demand a replacement. I didn’t even expect one. I was simply asking a question. Their response was to go above and beyond.To make matters even more impressive, I accidentally provided an incomplete shipping address (I forgot my apartment number). Rather than letting the delivery fail, their team coordinated with Amazon logistics to make sure the package arrived correctly.That level of professionalism and attention to detail says a lot about how this company operates.The important thing to understand is that my original unit was still usable. This was not a product failure. This was a company choosing to stand behind its reputation and take care of a long-term customer.In today’s marketplace, that’s rare.Based on my experience, Invigorated Water is a legitimate, responsible company that values customer satisfaction even years after purchase.Five stars.

Best filtration system for the best tasting water
Great product and the best tasting water I have drank. The company does care about their customers and offers excellent care and service and truly honor their warranty. Tracy helped me out with a warranty replacement and she was very quick to assist and within days I had received a replacement glass pitcher, an upgrade over the plastic one I had. The quality of the glass water filtration pitcher and the filters are exceptional. The taste and quality of the water after it’s filtered is great and noticeable. I have found the water filtration system for my family that works and will remain a customer for life.

Rusty "stainless" steel pitcher
Rusty stainless steel pitcher bought end of 2020, end of 2024 its all ready rusted. The quality is shitOf course they didn't refund it. Despite calling it durable and lifelong steel, 4 years later and minimal use it's already worthless. Nonsense company!

I purchased a PH REVIVE Alkaline Water Bottle however it is totally useless and a waste of money as you cannot get replacement filters for them. I have tried for 2 months from different sites and they are constantly shown as sold out.

A truly wonderful experience with first-class customer service via Tracy. Very nervous about trying this new type of shower head that will stop limescale building up via this new method using different materials in the handle. Tracy was available via e-mail and on the phone; the latter is unheard of, as you usually write in and never hear, never mind a phone call. The product is excellent, and I honestly cannot recommend this product enough. My skin feels something else.WELL DONE

Just received a used bottle
Just received a used bottle. Outer box was even evidently used, while inside the bottle was wrapped haphazzardly in bubble wrap and sent with an opened filter package that was thrown back in the box. Terribly disappointing as I went directly to what I thought was the website. Very perplexing, I'm hoping I can get my money back.

Amazon seems to be controlling customer reviews so guess i will have to write it here and notify the company.The outer box looked damaged and opened when i received it seal was broken on primary packaging and looks like previous customer attempted to be put it back on. Returned it back to Amazon but no one seems to be checking before dispatching or when returned from customer. Overall i was not happy as it seems used products are now being sold for the same price.
