I’ve been using iSpeedToLead for several years and they’ve been great to work with. I don’t have a large marketing budget, so I really appreciate that they focus on keeping leads affordable for smaller wholesale operations while still delivering quality. Their customer service has always been excellent. Anytime I’ve had an issue, it was handled quickly. I’ve tried other lead providers, but none compare. I highly recommend iSpeedToLead for anyone looking to close profitable deals. Their training classes also help anyone that is looking to improve their skills. IspeedToLead using Olympic scoring is a 10/10, some people complain about their services but I think it’s a reflection of their need to develop their sales skills. I have been wholesaling for 5 years and starting using IspeedtoLead in 2023. IspeedtoLead has reduced our marketing time and increased our number of closes per month. We generally close 2 deals per month from ISpeed. I purchase leads via the coupon club. I generally purchase 10 to 12 leads per week. Small investment when considering our average close if valued at $12,000.

What was great is Ispeed i believe really wants you to succeed! With 7 years Real Estate Wholesale experience its a Win Win situation! They are not Frugal when it comes to real unqualified leads bought. They appoint a manager to check in on you if you buy a package. Anna made sure to get our feedback and she was able to pinpoint what was needed to adjust their vendors / teams. You need to pull the leads be proactive and Talk to People and Make offers! These guys make it so much faster to speak to qualified leads rather than Cold Calling alone. Oh and talk about “Cost Efficiency” $29 Coupon Club leads…? Not sure where else to find that! Worst lead source ever
Worst lead source ever. They sell leads that are not motivated, I couldn’t even reach out to almost 60% percent of the leads I bought. Most of the leads I called were about to list their house on the market, because they’re not motivated to sell to you. And when I ask for refund for leads to my balance they keep asking for more proof even when I provided it. What kind of proof do they need more. They are SCAM. The worst. Spend your money on something else. ISPEEDTOLEAD IS A SCAM. They take your money and provide trash leads. And they ask for a lot of proof when you try to get refund. They’re trash and they are popular because RJ Bates promotes them. RJ bates is scamming too by helping them. Avoid them.
