One of the worst experiences I had
You will be spoken with disrespect and you will be asked to leave by very unprofessional staff - the question is why even consider IVL to live for a short period of time? IVL is part of F&F realty, the people who really make the effort and put this place 'on the map' with IVL having under a dozen buildings on 3 levels and around 60 flats per building, so around 2000 people (plus even more coming/going to live with extended family - there is no CCTV in the village). The problem lies entirely with IVL MGMT behaving as it suits them/blaming it on the people living in the village, as I witnessed several times: for hallways being dirty (as per my pics)/people smoking at the entrance of the buildings/teaching their kids to use a bicycle on the hallways/doing barbecues in the garages up to midnight in summertime shouting/upsetting people who need to wake up early etc - 2 students over 6 feet tall learning to use their skateboards were hitting our carboard flat walls making everything vibrate in the flat-asking them politely to stop, they chose to return/knock at our door/run away thinking this is funny, then a few days later throwing eggs at our car and IVL MGMT did nothing. I saw these guys also jumping/dancing on a car besides apparently 'borrowing' smoking alarms from the third floor.I witnessed car accidents in the village as people drive fast and our neighbour watched movies nightly up to 3am in her language yet the security guy never came when called. The post was left at any of the 3 entrances of the building/noisy air con unit above our flat kept us awake every night/poor window insulation with ice forming inside the flat. Furnished flat means you have a fully fitted kitchen (no cooker manual) and no furniture (you have to rent)/very noisy road when opening the window. Moving in, our carpets were covered in black, thick short hairs, proof no proper cleaning has been performed (as per pics). I decided to rent half garage to put some boxes (people were putting anything they wanted in their garages (as per pics) and a guy in MGMT office confirmed they HAVE the security entry check software. I noticed lots of foot prints right near my boxes only to be told by the MGMT 'we do not have the software to check this'.IVL MGMT hardly answered the phone and when they did they were useless most of the time preferring to cover for each other as if the tenant is the 'problem'. I have been spoken very disrespectfully face to face when asking for more information trying to understand their logic relating to different issues and every single time they answered as if being taught to say 'I will have to ask you to leave. I will call the security' - I have never seen anything like this anywhere in the world. They refuse to have a conversation.Worse, the gym receptionist, a guy around 20 years old always doing his supermarket shopping or checking his trainers selling business on the IVL's computer was very rude to me when a guy kept shouting in the gym right near me (not even living in the village) and he refused to help me when I asked him to deal with the matter choosing instead to say that I am shouting at him and called the security guy. I called the MGMT (who were just nearby behind the glass) for help, with the manageress arriving later but only looking from the reception desk, later lying to F&F about this. The security guy, an utterly inept man who should have known better asked me to go in the freezing temperatures to continue my telephone conversation!!!! When asked why he was behaving like that he could not offer any explanation - this shows how these people chose NOT to deal with issues. Shaking with anger I realised these are just utterly rude playing 'I am management' having no place in our society - in Europe they would have all been fired on the spot. Thankfully F&F Realty realised my honesty and IVL's lack of professionalism and allowed us to get out of the contract and leave the flat, out of THAT madness!
