AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE / AWESOME JACKET!
We ordered the jacket on 2/5. It was delivered on 2/27. I received an email on 2/24 stating that is had been delivered. Reached out to J4R and they promptly started a new shipment which was much appreciated. On 2/27, the jacket actually delivered so I had Sergio w/ J4R cancel the replacement. This couldn't have been a smoother process w/ Sergio. In addition, the jacket was AMAZING! For $89.00 you couldn't get a better made jacket!! The inside is quilted and the patches are solid! The fit is a bit small so keep that in mind when ordering.
I am going to buy another jacket from J4R!!!

Very good service over all , a little slow on tracking
The customer support was great at every step of the way . Helpful and swift responses about my problems.
Quality is nice , a lot better than I was led to believe by many bad reviews that frightened me to be honest but after receiving my order everything is okay.
The packaging was great , jacket came in a nice bag that shielded it from the little damage my local delivery service caused on the outside. Inside the package were some nice stickers and a Keychain, very great surprise over all .
Take in mind due to the process delivery may take some time and due to the size of the service, tracking takes a while to update . I ordered mine on the 29th of Jenuary ,order was confirmed in the 30th and the package arrived at the 26th of February, though mostly because of delay due to valentine's sales and some delay from my local delivery service. Sergio was there to answer every question and made all the experience pleasant. Would recommend and would buy again if I ever needed another jacket. With respect and patience I don't have any complaints.

First of all the hoodie took more than 20 days to arrive. After all this wait, what I encountered when I opened the parcel was hands down the worst quality hoodie I have ever seen. There cannot even be a discussion about it not being worth the price, even though it was "discounted", since the hoodie is literally unwearable. This is a scam, it's the most synthetic material I have ever seen, it's reflective, it stinks and its proportions are off. If this is the quality of the hoodie I cannot imagine the quality of the jackets

Did not receive what was advised the quality is terrible and a cheap knockoff of what they had advertised on their site lines aren’t even straight on the print it’s really ridiculous how this site has received good reviews on the products I’ve been tricked before by sites like this and received the same low quality material such a SCAM!

Horrible quality product
Horrible quality product. They display a fabric hoodie with silk printing but what you get is the cheapest possible plastic fabric with the print already printed into the fabric. Looks and feels extremely cheap and NOTHING like what was advertised. Save your money and spend it elsewhere, this is absolutely horrible.

Absolutely disgraceful experience with this company.
I placed my order on 04.02 and since then the tracking has shown exactly the same status: “about to be shipped.” It is now weeks later and there is still no proof the item was ever handed to a carrier. Every time I contact customer service, I receive the same copy-paste response claiming it’s “in transit” and blaming logistics — yet they cannot provide a single piece of real evidence such as a valid carrier scan or dispatch confirmation.
This feels extremely misleading. If an order was truly shipped, providing proof should be simple. Instead, they stall, repeat generic messages, and avoid issuing a refund. Looking at other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one experiencing this — many customers report the same pattern.
Customer service is unhelpful, unprofessional, and seemingly trained to delay rather than resolve issues. At this point, I strongly question whether the product was ever shipped at all.
I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you’re prepared to chase them for weeks with no real answers.

Delivery Takes Time - Support was good!
So I ordered this product on the 29th of January and recieved my order on the 16th of February - I did order this as a Valentines Day present so don't mind that it was 1-2 days later than expected! Husband absolutely loved the Ferrari Black Vintage Jacket. I got a matching Red one so we could Match!
When I contacted support they were quick to address my issue and notified me and asked me to communicate back if I did not recieve my order in the next few days - luckily it arrived.
Evri didnt notify me of tracking - just notified me it was delivered.
I have to be honest - the latest 1 star reviews were making me nervous that I potentially spent money on a scam but I am so happy with the purchase, the jackets are warm and cannot wait to wear them for the F1 season.
Will be ordering more in the future!

The product is exactly as seen and described. I bought a black ferrari jacket on the 22nd of January and it arrived on the 12nd of February and that's honestly a really good delivery time for a small company shipping overseas. Not to mention, the customer support is great, they will answer all your questions without hiding anything and they send you a tracking link for you package. The quality of the jacket I received is great and it basically very closely matches the ones that actual racing drivers wear minus the insane price tag, wouldn't really take it racing though as these jackets are typically about fashion nowadays. Anyway, great product, good delivery times for a small company that gets their prodcut overseas and ships it overseas and I can not stress this enough, amazing customer support 10/10 would recommend and I might buy the pink ferrari jacket from them aswell. Also yall need to understand that these jackets were never officially manufactured by the racing teams sooo you can only buy them from stores like these so yeah.

Size runs small!
Took long to deliver. Size runs small. Ordered an extra large. Runs as if it is a Medium, definitely not an XL in mens. Maybe its the material? IDK.Its doesnt even look like the same material as the picture on the website..Returns are paid by customer! Costs as much as purchase!! Was a gift for my son. Very disappointed that I have to pay shipping to send back. I would avoid purchasing from here. I definitely will not again!

Didn’t get the jacket I ordered, and know I can’t send it back because it cost more than the jacket itself and they want me to pay that. You can’t refund the items you bought, it’s the biggest scam. And Sergio who is responsible for the customer service is just sending the same auto mail every time you write to him, he is not awake. Please do yourself a favor and never order anything from here.

Extremely disappointed...
Extremely disappointed with this company’s quality and customer service. The jacket’s care label clearly approves dry cleaning, yet after a single, compliant dry cleaning, the zipper failed and rendered the jacket unusable. The company acknowledged that dry cleaning is an approved method, then refused any replacement or refund solely because the item was cleaned by a third party—effectively blaming the customer for following their own instructions. This policy allows them to avoid responsibility for defective materials or construction and makes their care guidance meaningless. If something goes wrong, even when you do everything right, this company will not stand behind its products.
