Jam speaker app no longer supported by the company. Now have 4 expensive shelf ornaments that are absolutely useless. Customer services said sorry and offered 15% discount on new model speakers. Would prefer you offered support for your slightly older expensive products. Certainly not buying from this company again

We ordered a smart speaker and paid £2 extra delivery, for next day delivery. That was 3 days ago and no delivery. As others have noted, no contact number, only a contact form.

Just stopped in to see if they were able connect my pickup radio cable which had been cut to a new antenna with an adapter on the end.Within a half hour and a couple of adapters I had a radio again!If your trouble shooting a problem he is the man to go to.

Jam Audio App Deleted, Speakers Unusable
Have owned two speakers from this company for about 4 years which were great but required their Jam Home Wifi Audio app to use. Recently tried to set them back up in my new apartment but the app seems to have been randomly deleted from the App Store making my two speakers pretty much unusable. Can't understand how this could be allowed, especially considering these were not cheap speakers in the first place.

Jam Stream Plus, Not working correctly.
Bought this Jam stream plus for my partners birthday and I’m actually embarrassed. The product keeps jumping on brand new records and the Bluetooth is a pain to set up. The stylist and needle are very light and jumps and skips tracks. The sound quality isn’t the greatest. I don’t see the form here on this site. I will be returning this product for a full refund. Don’t buy their products. Get something else.

Poor quality company and products
I bought a turntable from them, and it’s really not great. The tonearm isn’t balanced correctly and there’s no way to fix it, meaning I have to put a penny on top of the needle whenever I want to play a loud record. The sound quality is poor and the Bluetooth mode is a pain to set up, and it can only remember one device at a time. The contact form, as someone else mentioned, is nowhere to be found, and when I did manage to get their email to ask some questions, all I got in response was a ‘How was your service?’ form after a week. Never buying from them again.

Bought bookshelf speakers from HMV. After only a few months they made a loud thudding noise like phone interference and shut down. Now they won't power up just a blue light. I have tried unpairing everything and hard wiring to turntable still zilch. I have contacted CS 3 times and never received a reply. Speakers were only £80 but this is rubbish.

Horrible Product and Company
Horrible Product and Company. I purchased the Jam Wireless Headphones in the airport and one did not work immediately after taking it out the box. Poor cheap product then to make it even worse I emailed the support for help and they told me can not help as I did not buy from them. They were also quite rude about it. Avoid any of their products at all cost would be my advice.
