Overall great experience
Have been using the deodorant and the skin care products for a while now and have found them great. Especially the skin care products are very soft to the skin and has definitely helped me moisturize and look fresher!Also even though the subscription worked great for me, since when they introduced the non-subscription model it has made it even easier for me to order when I need it

My boyfriend has tried plenty of men’s grooming brands over the years, but this one has really won him over.The deodorant is a game changer, super fresh, effective, and gentle on his skin. He uses it every single day and honestly can’t imagine switching to anything else.The moisturizer has become a staple in his routine too. He’s already gone through five jars, which pretty much says it all. He loves how lightweight it feels, how quickly it sinks in, and the way it leaves his skin smooth and healthy.And the sun stick it's absolutely brilliant! Compact, non-greasy, and so easy to carry around that he never leaves home without it.Every product feels well thought out, high-quality, and reliable. Jander has genuinely earned his trust and I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for top-notch men’s skincare.

High quality products and great service
High quality products. I tried the deodorants and the sunscreen bar and couldn’t be more satisfied. I read other comments complaining about the subscription, but to me it was a useful feature. You can tweak to your preference so that you only receive new products when you need them.

Unable to manage subscription
When you buy the trial products, it mentions that there's a subscription, but the checkout receipt doesn't mention anything and there is no information about any active subscription anywhere, not even via email.After 2 weeks, they charge a surprise monthly subscription on your card for a product you might not want, with no information on how to cancel. You really need to dig deep to find a way to register and log in to your account in order to cancel.Cancelling the order is another nightmare, they refused several times to refund me stating that it was clear that there was a subscription, even if they don't give you any information on how to manage that subscription. After a lot of back and forth I decided to involve my credit card company and report this as fraud, showing my receipt as evidence. I refused the delivery when the product arrived and they finally refunded me, except 15€ for "logistic costs". My credit card covered those 15€. Another cash grab business where when you find out you have an active subscription it's already too late.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SCAM I was not aware that I signed up for a recurring subscription after the free trial. I sent them an email about this but was told a refund is not possible. I followed their instructions to stop the subscription. There is no feature to close your account so I thought it was settled this way.But somehow after 4 months I suddenly see that they charged me again for another new set I have never asked for! They are not willing to cooperate and respond with the same robotic answer. I still returned the package anyway, my payment provider is helping me at the moment with this matter.

Got a subscription I never asked for
Got a subscription I never asked for. I even double checked after ordering if I had any confirmation or receipt stating the “subscription” or any other recurring fee and if I could find that on their website or a cancel feature/page but got charged anyhow. After contact and protesting this, I can not even return the product but got simply the message “you can use the product for up to 12 months”.DON’T BUY, it’s a scam and the product are not good or worth buying without a “subscription”

They thrive on a sneaky business plan, give you a free trial and when you don't pay enough attention you are stuck with a 2 monthly subscription what you just notice 2 months later when the payment is due. Don't fall for it, their product isn't worth it either.

Package came in leaking
Package came in leaking. All containers were not sealed properly. Sent an email regarding this matter. They would not refund or resend my order. Customer service is trash, do not buy here. Plenty of other companies out there who sell the same. Pick one of those
