Yong was awesome!!! Finance guy awful!
Yong was awesome: honest, respectful, and responsive. We paid with cash and very much disliked the continuous pressure from the finance guy to purchase a repair plan that is 10% of the cost of the car. He showed us paperwork about car repairs that indicated Toyota repairs have increased over the past decade. Perhaps we should have gotten a Subaru Cross Trek vs. a Toyota Corolla Cross! The last thing I want to listen to when I purchase a $40,000 vehicle is to be told about the increase in repairs before I walk out the door. We charge $200 an hour for each repair, etc. You need to ___ (on and on). Please tell him to back off when we say "No" the first time. He lacked respect and is body language demonstrated this. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Jerry's. Your finance guy may be a done deal for the future. When I recently purchased my Mini Cooper S convertible and previously the Subaru Cross Trek, I never had to sit through what we did with your finance guy. When we purchased the Highlander in 2015 from Jerry's, we did not either and hence we came back.

A little over a year ago my son brought…
A little over a year ago my son brought a 2021 Toyota Supra home. But, to my surprise, he had already purchased it. "They saw my son coming a mile AWAY!" To make a very long story shorter the salesman who sold my son the car sold it to him for $60,000 plus his trade in. Then I found out because my son had to borrow the money from a friend, the salesman milked another $1000 out of him for the down payment. When I found out how much the pymts were a month, I thought my son was going to have to call EMS!! 4 me! My son's payment on that car was $990/mo! That's right! $990/mo! I typed it twice so no one would think it's a typo! Not only do you make a healthy commission on what you sell but you had to drain my son who works at Walmart another $1000 plus put him in a car for $990/mo. wth kind of people are you? OH It's get better! On Feb. 14th my son was in accident and the car was totaled! The only positive thing (so I thought) out of this SCAM was he had GAP ins. So whatever the ins didn't pay GAP would cover. well SEVERAL months after the wreck my son was trying to buy another car but they told him until he paid the last pymt he owed they couldn't sell him the car. I was like what pymt? The $990 pymt that GAP DID NOT COVER!! Why? Because Toyota Financial deferred the pymt in the height of covid (they offered it) so my son didn't have to be worried about being late with a pymt. They DID NOT tell him if something happened to the car GAP wouldn't pay any deferred pymts!! We didn't find this out until almost 4 mo after the wreck. We received a letter from Toyota Financial asking for the money. I guess when my son went to buy another car, it alerted them which hence, prompted the letter. Toyota-you need to clear this up!! If not, this is going to cost you a lot more than a $990 pymnt!! CONSUMER BEWARE! I would seriously think about buying anything from these people!! If they would do a young man this way, they would do it to your mom, dad, sister, brother, grandparents!!!! Shame on you!!
