I waited almost 2 weeks for it to come…
I waited almost 2 weeks for it to come through USPS(regular Mail) I ordered 4 candles $150 and I got $2 in each no coins or nothing

Terrible customer service and false…
Terrible customer service and false advertising. They charge for 5-7 day delivery but do not follow through with it. I received my order in 21 days and when I contacted them for a refund they seem to not care because I have yet to get a reply.

I am very disappointed!
I am very disappointed!! I have called them several times about my package and I still haven't received any information about my package!! I ordered these products on December 20th of 2025. I was then told that my package was lost, and that I would get a new tracking number on the 2nd of January 2026. I called back on the 3rd of January 2026 and got told that they would handle this, and not mention I had to call off of a different phone because they wouldn't answer my call. I am not the only person this has happened to!! I know this for a fact!! Right now I have called them on the 26th of December and got told my package was lost called January 3rd and got told that they would handle it, and I just messaged them today because they won't answer any of my phone calls now. At least other people have gotten their package. I can't even get mine! They will not be getting any more money out of me and my family!!

Well I spent 50 dollars damn near on this candle because I also gave them a tip n all I got was a 2 dollar bill I think they should take the time to consider what each costomer is paying and give them there price accordingly instead of me filling like I got screwed by the largest "c****! That's what I should have bought. And also it says all comes with jewelry. I did not get any. Just had high hopes but my experience was pretty bogus!!!!

So great way to get someone to spend they money but a total waste of time I have spent over 350 bucks and I have got a total of 14 bucks in all like what a shame you do this to people to wax and bath bombs smell good but please stop giving false hope for real it's pathetic

My daughter and I bought 3 different money wax melt just to see if reviews were true or not, with shipping it cost right under $100 and what we got was... drum roll please..... Disappointment. NO WHERE NEAR WORTH WHAT IT COST. first we opened the cheapest at around $20 a Lego shapped block. We got 2.50..... next we opened the butterfly which was i think around 26 whopping 2.50 and lastly the big cheese a huge wax cheese it was so heavy. And surprise 2.50 what a complete waste of money. Just go buy scentcy or Walmart wax melts dont waste the money on these or the shipping. Will be posting on reddit also.

From reading all the reviews answered my questions. TikTok needs to take this company completely off the page. People work to hard for there money for a company to provide no customer service no refund. It's true word of mouth will make or break a business and looks like these scammers are making millions by seeing there friends and family getting over 100.00 in there wax melt. Anything to reel you in. TIKTOK QUIT SUPPORTING THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS

But 3 of these candles thinking I would…
Bought 3 of these candles thinking I would get something besides $2. I was wrong.I only received two dollars in every single one. The candles don't have a fragrance.I think they stink. Also I got the Dr. Pepper candle. My daughter's birthday the can once she opened. It was dented, which that means they knew about it before shipping it, because it was wrapped in tons of bubble wrap would never buy again

I have bought several candles as gifts for family and not once has any of them had over a $2 bill. The candles have nice scents and the jars are wonderful to reuse. Those are the only two things I can say good about this company. Just glad someone is making money hand over fist.

Absolutely amazing product! I just received my order, I got a candle & a Train wax melt. They smell so good, the wax welt will last a long time this thing is huge ! Thank you Jewelry Candles!

Will never order from them ever again
Will never order from them ever again. False advertising they say your order will arrive in 5-7 day. It’s been 2 weeks and still no order. I sent an email to the one on their website and haven’t received any answer. I called the 1800 number and a man answered asking me for my bank information. This company is a complete scam wish I did my research before ordering.

My wife ordered 3 candles for 100 bucks they have jewelry in them and they give you a website to go have it appraised but you click on. The site and it says can't load this site I think this place needs to be held accountable for ripping people off there is no way these 3 little candles are even worth 25 bucks and sorry but we work hard for what money we have to be played with the least you could do is give back 30 bucks to make people feel like they wo. Something instead you go for the quick buck and you get no return customers you fools you could be killing it but no you have piss poor ratings and im sure the BBB and the federal consumers office will be looking into your ways of doing business then you will have a class action lawsuit which you will lose and then have to do jail time and pay back everything you stole plus fines I hope it was worth it but what goes around comes around digdongs

Awful, shipping takes FOREVER, they ignore you
Terrible. Says 5 to 7 days shipping, waiting over 2 weeks with hardly any movement at all. I chose DHL, not fedex but they seen to do whatever they want. Contacted, started or was "storms" causing delays. Now I see why amazon dropped this company. Zero stars!!!! Do not bother buying from them!!!! Rip off!!!! Their false advertising and shipping cost me a gift for a sweet 16 that was last weekend!!!!! Terrible. Never again. Shame on you!!!! Missed my event completely!!!!!!
