Beware of this particular location especially if you have something that needs a little bit of extra care. If you have a quick fix, they aren’t half bad. However, if you have a consistent issue that needs looking into, they only start off on a positive note.Not only is my car not fixed after being in their shop nearly 10 times but they refused to send a flatbed to come get it despite it clearly being unsafe to drive. This is consistently the same issue and they have gaslighted me, given up, and left my in tears….again. They have also made the female drivers come into the service center to see how we drive the vehicle but never once asked the male in our household who also shares the car, to come in. If you’re a female, seek another center.

Went in and found a car at a good…
Went in and found a car at a good price. It was late and had to come back the next morning for loan info. We came back and did not like the terms offered in the package, so we left. Got a call back from Corey and said they wanted to work something out and gave me some new figures. Ran the loan again and came back with something that didn’t make sense. Wanted to give me 2000 more for my trade and told me about a finance product as long as I bought all these extra policies in finance, but said I didn’t want to buy the policies. I called my bank back with the new figures on my trade and the bank said rerun with the new figures. Leo ran the loan with our down payment, but not with the extra for our trade and did not tell me that it was only valid if I bought these extra policies. Meanwhile, as he is running my loan, another person was buying the same car. He knew this at the time of running the loan. Leo NEVER told me that another person was buying the car as I kept calling back to see if everything ran through with the terms I wanted based on the new numbers I was given. I called back at 10 this morning to find out the car sold that night and they ran my loan anyway without telling me. They didn’t tell me I needed to put a deposit down on the car to hold it. I was in tears after talking to Leo and the total lack of care for customers and more of getting the sale. I didn’t even think you could run two loans at the same time for the same car, but it happened!! I didn’t think you could move numbers for a trade with one bank and not the other. I left a message and an email to Jim Browne to explain what happened and he never bothered to respond!!!

The finance department plays numbers games
I will never do business with Jim Browne again. The finance department took a managers special $18,000.00 car and marked it up to $27,000.00 at the time we were about to sign the contract. Then the Finance manager "Noah" claimed that the car was never marked down. I believe this dealership employs deceitful people. Lucky for me, I took a picture of the tag with the sale price. Miserable experience. Steer clear of this place!
