False advertisement, Unprofessional, Bad Customer Service.
Their customer service is simply horrible. They have advertised free shipping on parts before new year. I ordered parts, paid (subtotal was right, no shipping fees), only to get an email that only one of six parts ordered are eligible for free shipping and they are asking as much as $350 to ship per part. One of the items they couldn't even ship (why sell online then?). I called them only to hear that they will not ship my parts as paid, without additional fees. They wouldn't even lower the fee or ship the product I paid for. Todd (manages purchases over internet) did not even apologize for inconvenience. He just said he will cancel the order and dropped the phone. I am shocked by their ignorance and incompetence.
