I was panicking when thinking about all the luggage I had to get to my 30-45 min away caraousel..with a toddler alone.Looked up any luggage service..found Jodogo .. they were responsive RIGHT away... I only was expecting them to grab my luggage and check them in. Let me be on my way..No.. they went ABOVE and BEYOND.They personally stayed with me..checked me in..took my purse, laptop..my bags..walked me through TSA..took me to my lounge.. waited while I took up food for my daughter..enjoyed my meal.. then also grabbed me from the lounge to the last leg of boarding my flight.When I say I had absolutely NO ISSUES...no issues AT ALL!!! I would recommend anyone..especially single parents as myself to use the service. Especially to a far away carasoul...Top knotch!I was so elated..I talked Andrews ear off at how easy it was! I'll be using the service going back home!

Recently our 15 year old daughter went on Exchange to Colombia. She had a 12 hour layover in Newark and was travelling on her own. JODOGO and especially Mr Philip were exceptional in looking after her and keeping me informed of her status. It really allowed me to relax being so far away. I would highly recommend JODOGO and if you get Mr philip you are even luckier.

Great experience with the Jodogo meet and greet service! I booked them for my wife, who was traveling with an infant at LAX. Communication was easy, and the greeter was there ahead of schedule, making everything go smoothly. Highly recommend!

Horrible - worst experience ever!
Company did not stick to any of the advertised promises:- no English speaker- met after immigration- person meeting us did not know we had ground transportation arranegd through them - had to give them phone number- luxurious groudn transportation was a 1960s van held together by duct tape and no functioning AC- when trying to cancel departure service during the ride to the hotel in broken van, company acknowledged their fault but still charged 10% cancelation fee and refused to give any money back for arrival service

These people are idiots. I wrote to them asking for assistance with an international departure from Chicago on Qatar airlines; I sent them all of the flight information, time date, etc. Also that there were 5 heavy bags [books]. They wrote back and offered arrival assistance and help through customs for $425.00. I don't think they can read. Avoid them at all costs ... just one frustration after another. Dr. E
