Highly recommend Alan from JTech, great price and turned up on arranged date and kept me informed of eta throughout. Replaced faulty part and plotter was back up and running in no time. Great service
I used this company twice for my large format printer. Both time they have been very good, fair and friendly.
Beware of this company, Jtech National Ltd. who charges an upfront call-out fee, and promises to work on your machine until its fixed.Firstly they came and looked at the printer, spent about ten minutes looking at it, and then advised me, that i needed to buy new inks, then asked for payment saying he would be back when the new inks were purchased. After calling to let him know i had purchased the inks, he claims he would be down to see the machine again and i havn't seen him since. After various emails i still have not heard from them.......This guy Alan does not seem too know what he is doing, i think this website is a scam to take advantage of people...... what out
