If Zero Stars Were An Option…
If zero were an option that is the amount of stars I would give. Too bad I didn’t come and read these few reviews that were already here before I ordered. I don’t know what came over me. I always check Trust Pilot. So I’m the dummy this time and got caught. All the other reviews are spot on. The bread taste absolutely horrible. After one bite, my loaves went in the trash.Takes forever to receive… cost too much money when there’s not an option to return it. Additionally, I don’t even believe that there’s actually a bakery and they bake it there. The product looks like it comes pre-sealed from who knows where?! I wouldn’t feed this to my pet and likely it wouldn’t eat it either. If look up on maps, their business is located in an industrial park… strange location for a “bakery”. Strange kind of scam, but, as time goes on, they’re rolling out in the strangest of manners. Do not buy here!!!!

Could not swallow, had to spit it out in the trash.
My daughter purchased about $100.00 worth of products including bread, granola and crackers. Three of us in our family tried everything and had to literally spit it out it was so bad. I told my daughter to return it and when she looked at the return policy she said "maybe the fact it says you can't return product due to taste was a red flag". I get that Julian's Bakery is trying to offer people that have dietary restrictions an alternative. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for good intentions. I will remind the leaders of Julian's Bakery that your long term business viability is based on repeat customers. We will have to continue to look elsewhere for grain free bread that doesn't turn our stomach.

One and Done? Oh, You Betcha'! $25.50 Gone With The Wind!
First time customer. Never again! Bread was $14.00. Bill was $25.50 with shipping. So they probably make their money by overcharging on Shipping which comes under "Administrative" aka "the cost of doing business" and fairs well with the IRS. Strange times we're in. But, I don't mind doing business with an honorable, responsible company. Thought I'd try to add something "extra" to my focus on healthy eating. The package (from CA.) arrived via FedEx and was left outside the main door to my building all because they created a label that left off the Door Code!I checked to be sure I didn't forget to include it as my Shipping/Billing address--and, sure enough, the Door Code was entered. Whoever decided to alter the address just ensured I will never purchase another item from them. To top it off the note inside the package says "Freeze as soon as received" to "preserve freshness." Weather today was in the 50's. Had I not "had a feeling" to look at FedEx's tracking record (Bless them!) my package could have been in the Sun for who knows how long? Inexcusable and, if they had a question about the [way] I submitted my address an email or phone call prior to shipping could have been made.I got the "Delivered" email from FedEx, ran downstairs and right outside the door (we're in Porch Pirate Territory this time of year) was my package!Spending $25.50 to "try" a new product isn't the norm for me but, again, I'm trying to make better choices. I fired off an email and filled out their "Contact Us" online form. I don't expect they give two figs about prospective customers. We're small fry.On a hunch, I looked them up on BBB, and to my utter surprise they have complaints all over the place. Many are from "affiliates" who are looking for payment that seems late or doesn't materialize at all. Why I didn't look there first I'll never know. But, at this juncture, I wouldn't accept their product for FREE. They invite us to become affiliates which is a nice idea since they are not yet in stores throughout the country but the way they've treated their affiliates is atrocious--so no, thank you. Be forewarned about this outfit. Avoid and search instead (what I'm doing) for a competitor who values paying customers and affiliates. Darn shame.

Slow processing; disgusting product
They take forever to process orders and ship — and they don’t tell you upfront that you’ll need to freeze the product as soon as it arrives. So I got six loaves of bread that need to be frozen immediately — and had no room in freezer. Besides that, the “bread” tastes like cardboard, and prices are outrageous!

I’m so disappointed with customer…
I’m so disappointed with customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for several years and order the same flavors of protein bars. I received a large order for sunflower nut bars which I’ve ordered many times and they were tasteless. I was instructed to return the bars for credit ( which is an exception that I had to plead for). I returned 32 bars and have not received credit. I have a string of emails regarding management getting back to me but no resolution of yet… it’s been more than 2 months since I returned the product for credit.

Great products great delivery times and reasonable price. Best place for UK purchase of monk fruit sweetener. 6 day delivery time for US to UK.Unsure why there are negative reviews 🤷

Godsend for people with food sensitivities.
I do not understand anyone's bad comments about this company. For someone who cannot tolerate whey protein and/or doesn't want any artificial additives, their egg white protein has been a godsend. I've been ordering for years; and while my orders have been limited to the protein powder and granola, I have never had any issues with anything.
