Submitting to awards always seemed like a hassle, but Kinetic made it seamless. They handled the paperwork and guided me through the process. I was impressed by their attention to detail. Winning wasn't guaranteed, but the recognition felt great, and I owe it to them for taking care of everything.
Their awards team goes beyond just technical support. I noticed how they care deeply about each author's story. They really helped us believe in the literary worth of our books and also celebrate them proudly. Thanks to their expertise, several authors received nominations we would never have dreamed of! Their excitement felt genuine, almost like they were part of our creative family. 5/5 for giving so much hope!
Working with Darren Brown and his team has been a journey. Ended up being a great experience. He has been very helpful and understanding . This was my first book. I would like to say thank you and God bless!
Ever since I start working on my manuscript, editing was something I feared the most. finally got KDP on board with me, they made it all seem like teamwork.
I’ve done business with these types of publishers in the past. From my experience, KDP is the worse of the worse. I payed them a lot of money to market my book. Unfortunately, the Program Manger took my money and stopped communicating with me before my projects were finished. Also, during the time when they were working on my projects without any success, KDP tried to sell me another program. That’s not good. KDP made my experience with them feel like a train wreck. I took my complaint to a higher level at KDP. Steve, the manager said he will take care of this problem. His words to me were, “ Rest assured, I’m always here.” It’s been weeks and he hasn’t returned my texts that I’ve sent him. Bottom line is, you’ve been warned from my experience. They took my money, abandoned the projects I payed for, and stopped all communication with me.
Amazing service
My experience with Kinetic Digital Publishers has been rewarding. This has especially been so with Dexter Mason, a unique talented individual who I feel is one of the many reasons this company has an A rating. He is passionate at what he does, customer focused and friendly. Hats off to Dexter!
Ray and Erica have been great at helping move my project forward. There service has been great, there are some times that they are slow to respond or delays but we are all busy. The only reason I did not give a 5 start is because of the extra fees that have popped up that I believe should have been discussed in the enrollment process. There seems to be a lot of hidden cost, but I think those have already been resolved at this point. We have a few more months working together so we shall see if more arise.

Oliver has been very warm, informative and supportive to me. He regularly follows up on my assignments and patiently walks me through them. At first I had doubts in taking on this project, but having regular encounters with him has given me confidence to continue with it. She is very thorough, consistently updating me on social media posts and setting clear expectations. Hazel Carter did a good job of staying on top of things. I found her very helpful. The only problem I had was, sometimes, our phone conversations were challenging because of background noise. I’m not the best at using technology, but Hazel helped me manage that minefield.

Building a successful book takes many forms. Audio, digital, print, today we need to use all forms of publishing at our disposal. working with Mary Grace is very good, but some of the posts on Facebook were only average. The meta-description about author, Ken Embers was great. I hope to see it on Facebook with the link to my website LuckyStarLibrary.com. Mary said she would be able to have this done. Working with her is great.
Oliver Jones is my Hero. He was kind patient and helped me through the process of the start up credentials necessary for my account. He truly is an asset to your company.
I have been working with Mr. Roy Jones and Oliver Abrams. We had only emails, phone calls and text messages in our communication and I was so afraid first because of a scammer who stole the whole financial assets a few months ago. However, I told them first but those two mainly worked with me, issued receipts to all of the payments I made and believe my book will be on many different platforms. I wish to work on my next book with Kinetic Digital Publishers, and they are trustworthy group of professionals. Trust and mutual respect are the most important to them.
