I also have a KD Smartchair that I love, it need replacement batteries, and it seems the company is out of business. Anyone have a lead on compatible batteries?

I have the kd smart folding wheelchair and the joystick stop working. I don't want to give up on it so I'm looking for someone who has a joystick controller that would want to sell for a reasonable price, if you do please contact me.Thank you

After calling the company over 25 times and and leaving multiple messages I was never contacted by any customer service. I have not received the merchandise I order over 1 month ago. This is the worst company I have ever ordered from.
I have made two purchases of replacement items two months ago(January) and, as yet, have not received them. I have called and emailed repeatedly, with no response. My calls go to music forseveral minutes and then the call disconnects. This outreach has been going on for for over a month and I was beginning to wonder if you were still in business and just hadn't taken your website down.
I have been unable to get a status update on the chair that I ordered in January. KD Smart Chair will not answer their phones, or return calls or emails. I have left messages with KD Smart Chair customer support, sales department, and technical support, as well as emails. No response from them. If you're thinking about buying; try contacting them first. If you can't get in touch with them now, do you think they will be there if you have a problem?I guess my only recourse is a charge back on the credit card. It's a shame; it looked like a good product.
$40 arm rest ordered 10/19 still hasn't arrived and it's 2/20. No response.
Ordered the rear replacement wheels in mid October and still waiting to receive them in desperate need of these wheels as the rear wheels are both splitting apart .My KD smart chair is my main transportation outside the home as I have MS and have exstreem difficulty walking any distance. Very disappointed with the service of ordering replacement parts , it states on your website that these are in stock which when I’ve called twice I’m told because of trade wars they are on back order and being told twice that it will be only a couple more weeks. You need to correct your website so ppl are not ordering parts that aren’t available. I could have REALLY used this money to pay bills as I’m on a very limited income.

I have not received product or even notice it was shipped. The money has been taken but no batteries delivered.
I ordered my joystick 6 weeks ago and I still don't have I got charged And I have been asking from refund because they bought my product someone else they're not answering the phone or my messages in I'm not getting my brief on back very bed company to deal with
This has been the right wheelchair from the start. Easy to fold to put in a car, plane. You guys at DK are the best!
Love it. It is light weight yet gets me around with ease. Everyone asks about it.
I just bough a 4th chair, and have good luck with my other chairs.I get stopped by at least 1 person every time I am out asking where to buy one. I sometimes think I am a salesmen for KD, but the chair really sells its self.
Ordered rear tires for kd chair but have yet to hear anything on status of my order!! It has been 5 weeks! Called twice but got little help!
ive had a kd smart chair before, and it worked great I repacked the joystick and it came in a timely matter, I ordered a new chair because my old one was so broken u from an accident I ordered it on agate 21st and I'm still waiting for shipment information apparently there is only one person(Lenny) working the customer service every time I contacted him I would always get the same response we will have your shipment information with in a week or so the last time I contacted him i didn't even get a reply email they're horrible when it comes to customer service and I can't even get refund because no one is responding, I'm surprised more people haven't taken legal action
I ordered the chair on September 25th 2019. I still have no shipping date or any update . Its been 22 days. At this point I would rather have my money refunded.
Ordered 2 back wheels on Monday at 11:00 am and they couldn’t get the Order out until Wednesday. I paid $75 extra for FedEx - should have received it Wednesday but it did t arrive until Friday. They never answer the phone and apparently there is only 1 person working - quite a shoestring operation. Lenny promised me some $ refund for the problems and when I followed up a week later he said the office was off for a Jewish holiday and it would be right out. Still nothing - what a bad operation all the way around.
