The heartworm medication for my 4 pups arrived quickly and in a sturdy and attractive box. Inside was an envelope with a note to my 4 naming each, my receipt, and the drug information. Four bandannas for each of my pups was also inside. It was like receiving a gift box. I was so impressed, I took the box up to my vet, the Ark of Socorro, so they could see what I received.
I am able to get my dog's medication at a good price and shipped monthly. The time I needed it sooner, the customer service agent was very polite and helpful and it arrived extremely fast. Very happy with this company.
Awesome service
This is the worst company, noticed a pending change on my credit card from this company, called them and tried to cancel the order which I never authorized In the first place, I was told there was nothing they could do, that the order had already shipped and that I was notified. I even asked if I declined the shipment would they refund my card, again I was told Sorry nothing we can do!
It was easy. There was clear communication between Koala and myself when a problem came up with my vet approving my prescription. Koala responded to my inquiry very quickly.

I was desperately searching for my pet’s medication, which was out of stock at my usual pharmacy. I’m so glad I found Koala online. Not only did they have the medication in stock, but the cost was half of what I used to pay. Ordering was a breeze, and even though I placed the order late at night, they called my vet early the next day to obtain the prescription. Shipping was free, and the medication was packaged beautifully, from the shipping box to the medication bottle. It even came with a bandana! I would highly recommend Koala.

I was running in circles because Koala and my vet’s office couldn’t/wouldn't communicate with one another. My dog is almost 15 years old and has been taking this medication (supplied by Koala) for years and somehow all of the sudden I have to physically mail a written prescription to Koala. I spoke to both them and my vet’s office multiple times and there was always something more I needed that I didn’t need the time before. Koala also told me that it would be shipped out “soon” multiple times, only to call me later with another issue. It’s 1 medication for 1 pet! What in the world?! I order Koala for the price and convenience, but because I had to make multiple trips to the vet to buy her medication (this process took over a month) neither was true this time.
Ordering was easy. However, it took 18 days for my order to arrive. Your welcome box was nice, but to be honest I don’t need and did not request three koala branded scarves for my dogs. They don’t wear them and it was a waste of materials as well as a potential addition to plastic and consumer waste. Lastly, I used your company as it is associated with my Vet office, but your prices were higher than the last provider. I assume that was to pay for the scarves and welcome materials.
I ordered it the day I saw my vet and she had placed the order with my credit card information. I received a phone message over a week later saying I the doctor had not ordered what I placed order for??? when I called back, I explained this was a cardiac med and I needed to have already started him on it. The girl assured me she had the issue straightened out, and I would receive an email when it shipped. I received that email 2 days later and in it was told it would be delivered 1/16. When it did not arrive then, I checked and it then said 1/17. As to this day 1/20 it still has not arrived. I am furious!! I am a nurse and know that my pet needed to be on this me asap for his condition. You may have shortened my Mickey's life by your service!

My dog’s medication cost was just too high as his vet only carried the brand name version. Luckily I found koala and was able to reduce the monthly cost of his medication by more than 1/3 the price by getting the generic on a monthly subscription. I called customer service with questions and they were so helpful and friendly! Will definitely recommend koala to any pet owner friends!
I am very happy with Koala Health’s excellent customer service, products and prices. When Maddie passed away a year ago, the care team sent me the nicest condolences email and waived the monthly medication charge.
I ordered meds for the first time, during the holidays. Koala contacted my vet after New Year's day, and I promptly received my meds.
