Legal Bay staff were helpful, polite and efficient from the first inquiry call I made to the company to the completion of funding.Ms Kristina Tilger, my main contact, kept me informed about every step in the process. She was always available to respond to my questions, very knowledgeable and professional during our contacts. The other staff that contacted me during the transaction were also very friendly and helpful. My opinion of Legal Bay is based on how your team worked effectively together and through Kristina, made me feel as though I was your favorite customer.

So I chose to rate Legal-Bay with a 3 star rating because I am about 50/50 with my experience. I am extremely and most definitely blessed at the fact that with my circumstances. Legal Bay was the only one out of many that were willing to help me with the money that I needed to get by. As I had already borrowed previous funds to get by while my case goes through litigation. So as far as their willingness and their commitment to helping people I am extremely satisfied and extremely grateful for what they did for me because I wouldn’t have made it without them. On the opposite side. The only issue that I really have with working with them is their interest rate is definitely much much higher than anybody else I’ve ever worked with. Unfortunately, I understand it’s the name of the game and the risk that you take, but they are among the highest for interest rates. Unfortunately, though when people are desperate, and they have nothing if they’re willing to take the risk then I would definitely recommend their services. Because they definitely took a chance on me when they didn’t have to, and I’m very grateful for that.

Well to start very poor customer service. Not to mention broken promises of assistance. Definitely will file a grievance with the NY state attorney general and make the NY governors office aware as well. This company I would consider to be fraudulent with misleading and ambiguous advertising promises. Buyer beware.
