Lol...good ole boy club for the special understander of the law they like to extort people for. Oh and bad reviews...not allowed...hahahaha lawyers and ethics don't mix anymore evidently Mr Gregory Cairns Esq. Of Colorado handling Workers compensation is not someone you should let handle any case he is a liar and obviously cares nothing about law.
City Of Dothan had this person, Virginia Lynn McIness, who was supposed to have prosecuted my grand-daughter's abuse case against the speech therapist that she was abused by and didn't. Vinginia Lynn McIness did not present all of our evidence to win the case, and she was making the defendent look like a saint. She cared nothing for my grand-daughter who is an African American and 3 years old at the time of the abuse. I called the prosecutor's office over thirty times trying to reach her to go over the case to no avail. She never sat down and talked with me before court and she shared my grand-daughters personal information with the defendent without my consent or knowledge.These people really think that they're above the law, and use the law to break the law for their buddy-buddy system.They all work together and have no morals, nor line they won't cross. She is unprofessional and uses the law for her advantage, and for her friends'. They don't stand for justice unless it serves their purpose.
Their customer service is horrible and they don't monitor the reviews. I had a review that was a flat out lie and was able to get it removed from the website, but Chun Lam-Mendoza was ineffective at getting the lying review from the google search. Her "it's out of my control posture," is what's frustrating about her and people like her in this company. If your company is quick to allow an unverified review and realize it was wrong and broke policy violations, why would you not go the extra mile to repair what is damaged and get the negative review removed off google? This company has a responsibility to the businesses it "represents" to be accurate and truthful, but they are just a profit driven company with workers that don't care to be better and accomplish the bare minimum. I would not trust a single review from this company as they are just as disingenuous as Chun Lam-Mendoza is acting they did all they could to help, but knowing darn well their advice is worthless, just like their reviews they pretend are meaningful. I hope she sees this review, so she knows how it feels to have your business called out and give lame advice she knows won't change a thing.
Just another website for lawyers to cultivate peer-to-peer reviews.Any lawyer gets the final word in any and all interactions, allowing them to discredit any and all negative reviews. Additionally, client reviews have no impact on lawyer rating.This is not the place to go to investigate a lawyer. This is a paid marketing service that defends lawyers at all costs.They have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau.
