I’m actually so impressed with my glasses from Lensmart.The prescription is literally perfect - no adjustment period, no weird distortion. The frames feel really strong and sturdy, not flimsy at all. You can tell they’re good quality.They have sooo many cute options, but my absolute favourite pair has to be the Andrea ones ✨ I’m obsessed.

I highly recommend LENSSMART !
I'm giving lensmart a 5 star rating because when I purchased a pair of eye glasses from them it was easy to do . Once I received them I was happy . They looked really cute on and had the right prescription. There was one little minor issue I was having with the frames. I contacted lensmart and they got back to me right away . Their customer service was excellent and very professional. Most of all they were very understanding of my needs regarding my issue . They stayed in contact with me until we were able to resolve the problem . Long story short I would definitely recommend LENSSMART to all my friends and family . So that's why I gave lenssmart a five star rating . It was well deserved. P.s they are really affordable for those that don't really have a big budget to spend . No insurance required. THANK YOU LENSSMART AGAIN.

Lensmart has the best quality glasses and the lowest price!!! Customer service is very responsive and takes care of all your needs with no hassle!!! I will never get glasses anywhere else!!!

Total scam
Total scam. Purchased glasses, they put the wrong prescription, I asked for a refund and they refused to refund the glasses. Don't trust the positive reviews.

Great experience, love my glasses they are so perfectly fit! Lensmart are responsive in their open hours. I Will but some other glasses soon for the summer! Superbe experience, j’adore mes lunettes elles me font parfaitement! Lensmart m’a répondu lors de leurs heures d’ouverture avec rapidité! Je vais m’acheter d’autre lunettes pour l’été sous peu!

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANy
Please don’t waste your money on glasses from here, when you buy them, they say if you have any issues you can get a refund or replacement within 14 days, ALL LIES! I bought several pairs of glasses in one order, submitted my prescription and PD details, when they finally arrived, I couldn’t see out of them properly, contacted them about and said I wanted a refund and would send them back, they have been fobbing me off ever since. The frame are extremely cheap and terrible quality, I am out of pocket and no glasses! They also state the company is in the US but it’s not, it’s in China! Completely false advertising! If you want decent glasses use Firmoo or Select specs both are great!

Fantastic customer service
I initially made a mistake with the glasses I ordered and after contacting Lensmart they helped me change my lens type, guided me through measuring my lenses and answered my messages daily, until my order was perfect. I have never ordered glasses online before but the customer care they showed was outstanding and I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

NO COMMUNICATION AND ALL LIES
They sent my glasses to the wrong address. I keep writing them with the correct address. They say they'll resend the product but nothing happens. Don't trust them.

LOVE MY NEW GLASSES
I love my glasses. Awesome colour and the fit is absolutely perfect. Love the sparkle on the sides. The selection of styles is fantastic. There is a style for everyone. I will be ordering another pair and sunglasses. Customer service responds the very next day for any issues. Great website.
