Professional and Knowledgeable
I worked with Breann Urban, who spent the time to thoroughly explain my options and the pros and cons of different annuities. She was personable but not the least salesperson-like. Unlike other financial institutions I have worked with recently, she was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. My experience with Leverage was excellent.

Security of an Annunity
I recently worked with Leverage in the purchase of an annuity. It was a very painless process, and the investment vehicle that I selected was explained in detail. Am happy with the choice of an annunity, and now I don’t panic with the crazy market moves that happen every time the orange wannabe king opens his mouth.

Excellent customer service
I am happy to provide feedback regarding Breann Urban. I'm not exactly sure how we came in contact. I think I may have just responded to some kind of search regarding fixed rate annuities. That said, I am either fortunate or lucky as Breann has provided great customer service, timely response to queries, access to quality products that meet my needs. If I am able to purchase additional annuities in the future, she will be my first point of contact. I've also mentioned Leverage to a few acquaintances as well.

Fixed Index Annuities with Lifetime Income Rider
I participated via Zoom on Annuities with Leverage Planning on 1/22/2016. The presentation was very well planned & presented. It reinforced what I had learned previously and reassured me of my decision to choose Rhett Stubbendeck with Leverage Planning for my FIA with LIR for my retirement income which I finalized last Oct. 2025. Good company for GYAs
The advisor at Leverage Planning was professional and looked at best options for our GYA needs. The securing of annuity contracts was done in a reasonable time. There is opportunity for Leverage Planning to go more digital in completing administrative and asset transfer paperwork which required some back and forth communication. Overall a good experience and would consider Leverage for future GYA needs.

Worked with Carly Smith in transferring funds from an existing annuity company and setting up four new annuities spread across four other companies. Carly did a fantastic job coordinating the movement of a considerable amount of money and ensuring it was done properly and complied with current tax rules. She also facilitated the smooth set up of the new annuities at four separate companies. A lot of moving parts and Carly did an outstanding job, thank you so much!

It is always so helpful speaking with Leverage as you decide which annuity to invest in and why. I truly wouldn't go to anyone else. Once the company is chosen, Leverage will work with them to guarantee as smooth a transaction as possible between customer and company. The one issue of concern for me is the length of time between application completion and notification of transaction completion where there is no further communication of any kind. I realize that that period of time is out of the control of Leverage and that they have no control over the company processing the transaction. However, some reassurance during what was a month's wait would have gone a long way towards earning that fifth star!

I called Breann at first as an…
I called Breann at first as an informational call. I had been thinking about an annuity for a balanced retirement portfolio and I wanted more information on a fixed predictable (no stocks!) income for my investment and to balance out my other investments. I spoke with her at length and she provided me with excellent information on the safety of the particular annuity I chose, she answered every question with knowledge and gave me the pros and cons of each one. I initially thought this was a research call but I ended up buying the one she recommended as it filled all the boxes I was looking for. She also gave me a sense of security with this annuity as she explained that policyholders are typically protected by state guaranty associations. All in all I found her to be very reliable and knowledgeable and easy to do business with. I am a person who typically asks a lot of questions, and Breann came through with flying colors!

Very Happy Customer
I did extensive research before buying my annuity. And the most knowledgeable person I dealt with was Rhett Stubbendeck from Leverage Planning. He was very accurate and always returned with answers to my questions very quickly. Returned emails and phone calls promptly. My annuity payments have started and are exactly what Rhett told me they would be. I would have no qualms dealing with him again in the future and will refer anyone who asks about annuities to him!
