No Product, No Customer Service
I've ordered from this company over a week ago with no contact since the order confirmation. The order status states complete, unfulfilled. I tried to contact customer service with no response received. The website states orders are processed within 48 hrs of payment. I hope this isn't a scam site, but it's not looking good so far.

One star only because zero star was not possible.I ordered a laptop for my niece two weeks ago, up until now nothing showed up. They just took the money and disappeared, their contact us section is useless. TOTAL SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE

Unfortunately 0 stars was not an option as that’s what they deserve.Exactly the same as many below comments, funds taken, over a week ago now, order showing as unfulfilled still, no emails of explanation, yet they have found the time to spam me with more advertising in the meantime, have used contact form and has no contact so not sure why they call it that, searches for phone numbers also an got as far as their french offices and wen around in circles on their switchboard but never got to actually speak to someone. So it’s scam they will just take your money, steer well clear of them

Same as other reviews. Made a large purchase, paid £8 delivery only for it not to be delivered! The order says completed but delivery unfulfilled despite the money coming out of my account. Emails and complaint remains unanswered. Avoid ordering from Lexibook at all costs!

Lexibook NEVER arrived
Lexibook I bought online NEVER arrived and although website stated that shipping was unfulfilled on my order, the emphasis was on me to confirm that I haven’t received it, citing that it was a criminal act to claim this if it had been delivered. Terrible customer service.

Lexibook Robot Great Toy, Bad (incorrect) language.
Lexibook Robot. Arrived and packaging details all in English. However this "speaking" toy spoke French. Other people have had all sorts of other languages with their toys instead of English as can be witnessed on Amazon. DO NOT BUY THIS FIRM'S PRODUCTS.

I bought a guitar for my granddaughters birthday, when it arrived it was totally different to the one I ordered, in fact it was one that I could have bought in a local shop for more than £15 cheaper. I wanted the different one on their site so was prepared to pay the extra (plus approx £10 postage) so I was furious when the wrong one arrived (late) the day before her birthday so it was too late to change or get a replacement.They answered one or two emails when I complained initially but could not have cared less and have not replied to several emails since.They're customer service is appalling and they are a total rip off to buy from, I shall NEVER buy from them again.Totally useless and super unhelpful!

No after sales support
Was given a powerman as a gift, so no proof of purchase. The device jammed itself (the mouth motor that shoots the foam discs) which was very loud. I sent them an email explaining the situation. They said to go back to where it was purchased from, whoch I explained I can't as it was a gift and so I have no receipt, and would assume they'd be able to do something about it as they are the manufacturer. They basically said oh well there's no solution then.

They do not honor their warranty
I bought one of lexibooks weather stations the SM1960 from heartland america not quite two years ago and i did'nt have time to put the unit up at that time so it went in a closet and forgotten about. My dad bought a weather station and it reminded me of mine, i got mine out of the closet and set it up in my livingroom to test it and the first thing i noticed was that it looked like it had been opend before, there was no hardware, the plastic that covers the screan was off and covered with pet hair on the sticky side and only one thing was in plastic. I found that the wind direction part of it would not work. I called lexibook many times, left messages, e-mailed and nothing, after threatening legal action they called me, acted real nice, asked me to fax a copy of my recipt and that has been it, they will not contact me anymore. The manual in the unit says it has a two year warranty and i still had about 2-3 months left but they will not talk to me, they never answer their phones or e-mails.
