I appreciate the workouts, recipes, etc. I love that I feel supported in my journey. I also appreciate that workouts are attainable for my time. It is great that I can search times, workouts, etc. if I don't have time or want to do the one that is scheduled for the day.

Your at-home Pilates and much more
I love Lindywell as a source for at-home Pilates plus much more. Strength training, stretching, long work-outs, short ones, focused work-outs , overall work-outs; plus the amazing breath work and recipes. Relevant help with nutrition, healthy body image, Grace before guilt. Lindywell has it all for much less than a gym membership. I am so glad I found Lindywell over 7 years ago.

I love the calendar
I love the calendar! I don't have to make any decisions about which workout to do. But I also love the fact that I can search for workouts that fit with how I'm feeling or the length of the workout I want to complete. The grace over guilt and progress over perfection mantras have bridged over into other aspects of my life as well. Robin's easy going personality and positivity shine throughout her workouts. So happy I found this pilates community!

It incorporates 10-15 minute daily workouts, a community of support, and a user-friendly app. Outside of the workouts I love the fascia exercises and breathing techniques to help create new neuropathways!

Feeling great in my 60’s
I have been a member for several years and I’m in my late 60’s. I love Robin’s approach. I do as much or as little as I want in a day, working around my walking, biking and swimming schedule.At the minimum I stretch out, but Im especially enthusiastic about weight training and strength building with bands. Whatever I do on a given day, Pilates makes my body feel better!

I love the calendar to guide me, but also having the option of choosing whatever workout I’m up for each day. The shorter workouts make consistency easier. And tracking my accomplishments on the calendars feels so good!
