Great affordable product
Great affordable product, poor communication.I've been in a rush to order replacement cartridges and relied on the advertised delivery time.In fact they shipped later and I've received it approximately 10 days after the original estimate.

Customer service not great!
One cartridge leaked all over one box. Cartridges weren't recognized as "original" in our printer, therefore would not work. When I reached out to the company all they want to do is send more cartridges. If the ones I have don't work, why send new ones?? Not happy with the customer service.

I've ordered 2 sets of cartridges and…
I've ordered 2 sets of cartridges and even tho I'm sure I removed all the paper from the cartridges I still can't get a proper print out of a mailing label I need to print. Maintenance indicates that all cartridges are installed properly but the printed item is way too light as if the black cartridge isn't working. I have 4 different black cartridges from u and none of them seem to work.

GREAT PRODUCT FOR AN AFFORDABLE PRICE
First of all, your prices are honest, very affordable.The delivery time was impressive! Right on!I printed my first document with no problem, but when I attempted to print another document, the ink was completely faded, and it happened again and again. I was about to return the cartridges, but decided to again do another nozzle clean up and finally it printed with no problems. So far I am very pleased with your product. I needed replacement toner for my Brother printer.I heard about you on Reddit. When I checked the website I saw you had a 2 pack of toner for only $35 WOW!!!Service was VERY FAST! I ordered on the 10th I got them on the 12th!!!!!! I put the toner in and it worked perfectly!!! I give this company a 10********** star rating!!You have a customer for life!!!!!!!
