I spent days searching for an LLC formation service. I read review after review, looked for discount codes that weren't bogus... I knew there had to be something other than that one service that for some reason is rated number one by every website. I couldn't understand why they were so highly rated because it didn't seem like they were offering anything special. They definitely weren't any less expensive than others. Thank God I kept looking because I eventually found LLC Attorneys and learned about a close LLC and the benefits of forming in Wyoming. I knew there had to be something better than what I was being force-fed by Google and Forbes, and these guys are it. I'm very satisfied with the process and value I received here and will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks guys

Amazingly fast and easy process for LLC and EIN
Opening my LLC and obtaining my EIN was so fast and it was very easy to fill all the documents. I called them to make sure I filled everything and a nice lady helped me reviewing my doubts. I also feel welcomed to call again if needed. This is my first time opening an LLC and I am new on the topics involved, and I feel very supported. I very much recommend LLC Attorney for these topics.

1 Stop Shop - for real 💯
The step by step process is literally laid out all in 1 spot and it's so helpful! I was able to get my LLC biz name, EIN, and bank account issued & approved in 2 business days. There was a small hiccup with my biz entity name we thought was available and we got it ironed out in 30 minutes. This is HANDS DOWN, the best experience dealing with the state and banks and attorneys. 🙌🤣💯

Total lack of follow-through
Have gotten the support I need to fix the problem with my Secretary of State Office. Total lack of follow-through. Since they took the first step, I cannot do anything about it. They serve the entire United States; you would think they would have support hours beyond 4:00 PT.

I had issues verifying my email upon checkout. Several attempts were made but were unsuccessful. I contacted LLC Attorney and spoke with Angel. After changing setting from checking out as guest to creating an account, the transaction went through immediately. Customer service was 5 stars. Web experience was 4.
