Delivery takes an age, they come from China and the tracking details keep telling me it’s still in China, have emailed many times…… no response se to most emails then today a curt mail with a tracking number that shows it’s still in blooming China, gonna cancel payment at my bank. They are a company who doesn’t care or deliver what’s ordered, beware
I purchased tea cups buy one get one free. I’ve contacted the company 5 times now with no correspondence back. They only delivered one cup and there add clearly states buy one get one free. I even selected the second cup when purchasing. I’m extremely frustrated with their lack of communication or rectifying my issue. I shouldn’t have to contact a company 5 times over the course of 7/8 days and nothing in return. I will not purchase through this company again.
Really poor quality, you're better off shopping from Temu. The items fit weirdly, lots of loose threads, stitches aren't straight, etc. And if you think you can contact customer service, prepare for a headache. Highly disappointed since this isn't my first time shopping here, but it'll definitely be the last. Shame!
