Dented suitcase and delievered too early!
You delivered the suitcase days earlier than it was supposed to come and my brand new case was totally dented!

You delivered the suitcase days earlier than it was supposed to come and my brand new case was totally dented!
When returning from our two week cruise, we used Luggage Forward to send over 100lbs of our luggage back home. The process was easy and seamless. Upon leaving the cruise line terminal, a Luggage Forward was right there to collect our heavy bags. We then proceeded for our return flight home with just a light carryon bag. Two days later our luggage was delivered to our front door in perfect condition. Great service. We will be using this service again.
You ask for date we need luggage delivered and you give us range so if its late a day or two we can adjust but if its early there almost no way to figure how to find somebody to pick up bag and secure it. That happened both ways leaving me a lot of problems.

Another win by Luggage Forward - the original luggage shipping masters!I don't leave for a ski trip without at least one or two bags going ahead of time with gear, boots, skis (if I am not renting) so I can enjoy the slopes and not worry if I have my stuff.
Our luggage was waiting for us in our stateroom .it was great, no complaints
Service was great, as was customer service. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is because you are very, very, expensive--in the future, I will use you for extraordinary circumstances only.(If you were half the price, I would use you regularly.)
Everything went perfect
We decided to ship our golf clubs home half way through our trip, and contacted Luggage Forward from our cruise ship. The team at Luggage Forward took care of everything, checking the cruise schedule and terminal, sending luggage labels to our cabin, and arranging pick up and shipping at our chosen port. Our clubs arrived home safely a few days later allowing us to enjoy the rest of our travels with less luggage - great service that we will use again for sure.
Our friends used Luggage Forward and lost their luggage for the entire cruise. It was shipped by FedEx, which is the least reliable shipping company. Ours were shipped by UPS and we always get ours. If you continue to use FedEx we will no longer use Luggage Forward. If you use Luggage Forward and the label comes with FedEx, refuse to ship. Luggage Forward provided absolutely no help finding luggage, AVOID!
The forwarding was great.However, the directions obtained on the cruise ship stated that we should pick up our bags at baggage claim, then take them to meet the Luggage Forward representative. Ourselves plus another couple plus porters spent 10-15 minutes looking for our bags before I found an In-Charge port authority individual, who informed us the bags were already accounted for and that we didn't need to do anything.Clearer instructions on baggage processing would be advisable.
The service was easy to use, it worked perfectly for us. The pick-up was right on schedule, and our bag was delivered to the Cruise ship before we arrived.
Everything was done as expected
Luggage was on ship when I arrived and was returned to me safely 4 days after returning home. Would use again, especially if going to a cold climate.
Luggage Fwd made shipping our skis a simple task. From the beginning it was easy to plan and coordinate the shipping out and back. Communications throughout the shipping process was excellent. I always knew where our skis were and deliveries were on time or early.
Despite a dozen assurances that our luggage would not be delivered early to Tokyo and that if it were, Luggage Forward would coordinate with the courier to delay the delivery to the expected time frame, our bag was delivered SEVEN DAYS before the promised time frame. We were not even in the country, and the hotel was not ready to receive the bag so now is charging us hundred of dollars to hold the bag. Calls have gone unanswered. We have been calling to try and get this resolved for the last three days multiple times a day. No response. Beware of this company. The promised us over and over this would not happen, and now we are in hot water with a hotel in Tokyo, still not in the country, and have to pay hundreds more. It’s a scam and a shame because we travel many times a year to visit family and would have used them often.
Pickup and delivery went well as expected. However, please don’t give a 3-hour period for pickup and then email saying pickup could be an hour earlier than this pickup period…making us rearrange earlier plans!
So convenient, no worries, less stress!
