Service was great! From the time I purchased until the delivery. They let me know when the order was received, contacted me to discuss delivery time and the driver was very nice. He stayed in touch to advise his ETA (From Texas to Louisiana) and was on time with what he quoted. Everything came boxed nice and neat. Items just as described. Definitely would recommend and I definitely will be ordering again soon!!
Fast delivery very good quality.
Love my new table! I already had chairs that I think match it pretty well. It is VERY heavy and feels well made. I did feel sorry for the one delivery guy. Table it too heavy for one person to unload from a truck and move to the front porch.
Delivery came sooner than what I was told and took them less than 30min to put my bed together

They answered all my questions promptly and made everything so easy.The pickup process was just as impressive. The location is full of amazing people who were very cooperative and welcoming. Everything was organized and efficient — it only took about five minutes! It was quick, smooth, and completely stress-free.
It's so pretty and comfortable! Also came sooner than expected. It was backordered and wasn't supposed to come for at least a week and a half. Love it. The bed is nice, and love the size. The sofa is heavy and sturdy. They brought it in and it was a bit tough but so happy. Thank you!
They have great customer service and delivery people. There were issues on my side but they were able to replace my first order quickly with another item. The delivery people were great as well. I would highly recommend Luna.
The package was delivered I carried it in to my house and unbox it. The package was very well organized and carefully packed. Everything was great and the table is beautiful
I purchased the Willow Bend sectional in Umber and am SOOOO thrilled with the sofa. Excellent quality, great price, and just a beautiful product. It was very well packaged to prevent any damage during transit, and arrived pretty much fully intact (no putting anything together), which I appreciate.The ONLY issue was how very long it took to receive. I understand furniture delivery takes longer than other types of shipments, but I truly wish it had not taken nearly a month to arrive. That said, I am still likely to shop with Luna again.

Good communication throughout. I knew exactly when to expect delivery of my 6 piece sectional and they were very prompt, efficient and courteous. I saved over a thousand dollars over this exact item from a local retailer. The only downside was getting the furniture inside and disposing of old sectional and shipping boxes, but for $1000+ savings, that was a no brainer for me. Very very satisfied. -- me, in Irvine CA
