Very disappointed with the flowers I received. What I ordered and what came bare no resemblance. These were bought to take up to the cemetery for Mother’s Day but are already going brown at the edges of the petals. I could have picked up a better bunch in the bargain bucket at a local supermarket.
I ordered flowers from here about 5 times and the service has been excellent each time.
Beautiful flowers! I chose the standard flowers and my mum sent me a photograph of the roses, they are fabulous! Good service – delivery within the expected timeframe. I have always had a good experience with this company for flowers, don’t really understand the negative reviews. Thank you home bargains
Do not use this company. I got my flowers a week late and had to spend three weeks explaining to the customer service team and multiple emails to be told by the florist the photos of my flowers were not bad ! They were stuck in transit for a week because the post office had sent them to the wrong depo. Apparently that must be my fault ! Of course they were bad. They offered me 15 percent off for what I paid for them when I received dead flowers. They might be cheaper than other companies but do not use as customer service is terrible and my flowers were dead when they arrived. Never had a problem like this and to be made to feel like it’s my fault there flowers were dead when they arrived.
Such "2.5 stars" and only because they managed all organisation stuff. Unfortunately the bouquet of 50 roses were very miserable. There is no comparison to this one on the picture from the website. Like entirely a different one. Disappointed. Do not recommend.
Dont bother using this stupid companyDont bother using this stupid company. I had ordered flowers for my wife's birthday on 30th November via Home Bargains website to be delivered on 5 December. I checked with my wife today and Nothing delivered !!!!!!I am now expecting a full refund from this waste of space company. I wanted to surprise my wife by sending flowers to her work place, but that was not to be. I am so sad that this has happened to me. Never again
I ordered some flowers from my partners birthday, but they never arrived. No phone number to speak to anyone only emails, which you are constantly fobbed off with excuses. Still trying to get my money back, but doesn’t look promising! Please do not order from this company, save yourself time and hassle and order with another company.
Firstly the flowers didn't arrive after me paying for next day delivery. Fine, these things happen. I contacted them, after much arguing where they refused to refund, I got a refund after checking and quoting my rights under the Consumer Act (than you Which Magazine). Three days later, a week after the original delivery, my mother received a card from the past office. She had to collect a parcel, pay £6.50 for the privilege. Sadly the poor wee flowers didn't survive the journey.
Incredible, the cost and quality and selection of these flowers are in my opinion superior to that of well-known florists.The website is superb, the choice more than adequate for any occasion. Most importantly, if they do not have the bouquet you wish then the website tells you specifically. Payment is SO fast and simple it’s refreshing. I have had more than one instance of well-known florists substituting with completely incorrect and irrelevant items, resulting in disappointment, collection of flower from the recipient (I mean really!) and the usual explanations, ‘bad vibes’ and refund process’ that accompanies dissatisfaction. Whereas with Home Bargain ‘they don’t got - you dunna get’ - much easier and better clarity. *Edit - I must also state that I have never had an out of stock message either! Quite a relevant point to make I thought. I have literally, whilst writing this review, received a photograph from my father of the bouquets ordered and I must say both myself and my parents, mother in particular, are over the moon. I also paid an additional charge to have the bouquet ‘sized up’ and it was well worth the extra £6. I have said it for many years now and I will continue to stay it, Home Bargains Flowers are my definite first thought and my only ‘go to’ website for bouquets.
