Highly recommended! The wig is tea🤏🏾🤏🏾i got so much compliments on my hair and its look sooooo realistic! I’m not a professional and I just used the bare minimum to install this unit and it’s not showing at all!!!!! It last for a week and still look amazing! I’ll definitely buy more! Thank you so much. It’s really stressing to buy from new places and the whole experience was top tier! The hair is smooth silky not smelling and the frontal is well plucked bleached and pre cut. That made everything a lot easier! 🩷🩷🩷🩷

Buyer Beware!
I previously purchased from ISEE Hair, and my issue at that time was handled quickly. However, this recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I have not received a tracking number, and despite multiple attempts to contact Kate, I have received no reply. Because I have not received my order or any communication, I will be filing a dispute. Buyer beware.

IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. Where is my package. I have sent multiple emails/Whatsapp messages and gotten no response. My package has been sitting in the processing facility in the city I am in for 4 whole days without any scans or logistical movement… It should have been delivered DAYS ago. This is ridiculous. If you are thinking about shopping with ISEE hair, I wouldn’t do it. Shop elsewhere where you are guaranteed great customer service and be worry-free that your package wasn’t lost or stolen.

“I received this unit in December and installed it in January. Shortly after installation, I noticed daily shedding and contacted Jessie in customer support to address my concerns. I shared that I purchased the unit based on positive reviews and influencer recommendations. The shedding has continued to the point that the unit is now balding. The only resolution offered was a 20% refund or 20% off a new unit. I am disappointed that a faulty product is not being replaced.”

I recently placed an order with Isee Hair, it was absolutely fantastic, but I had some minor issues with my package. I contacted them, and they responded very quickly and did a great job. In the end, everything turned out fine, so for that, a 10/10. This won't stop me from ordering from them again. I will definitely order more often, the quality is on point.

Scam! Avoid at all costs
I have been going back and forth with ISEE since DECEMBER about my order #16601632066. I was sent the wrong wig and the shipping company was blamed. I requested a refund multiple times and instead was instructed to send the wig back in exchange for the correct wig. I sent the wig back via USPS and it was delivered on January 26, 2026. They keep saying they will update me once they receive the wig but as of the writing this review, I have not received any further information, only a random email saying that the item was delivered (with the tracking number for the incorrect wig!). I would advise anybody to not purchase ANYTHING for this company because they will give you the run around. It’s a shame that they’ve resorted to scamming and deception now because I purchased from them years ago and had a great experience. Lately, I’ve honestly had much better experiences working with AliExpress vendors than ISEE. I’m going to use my social media platforms to post the full story of dealing with this company. Buy local!!

I purchased a dark brown-black STRAIGHT ONE LENGTH 16" top lace human hair wigs via SHEIN. What I actually received: 1) correct color.2) 16" but LAYERED! NOT ONE LENGTH!TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURE3) Washed it and discovered IT WAS WAVEY NOT STRAIGHT HAIR.Being that it WAS LAYERED, IT DRIED VERY WAVEY!4) TERRIBLE SMELL OF THE HAIR!5) IT was nice and silky and Shiney when I took it out of the box BUT WHEN I WASHED IT AND AIR DRIED: IT WAS POOFY/NO SHINE/WAVEY*A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRODUCT*THAN PICTURE/WHAT WAS ORDERED.THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING ANDLYING TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS
