I purchased the B52 pro, shipping took almost a month to arrive? Also purchased 3 accessories bench seat, Delt press and bench press extension.The actual unit is fantastic accessories save your money Bench seat you will need an attachment to increase weight stack, better off buying a cheaper leg extension version.Felt press waste of money true it keeps form ideal but honestly for the price.Bench press arms still trying to get the best position locked in.If you stay away from purchasing the accessories and a lot yourself the patience that it’s not shipped in 1-2 weeks but actually 4-5 weeks the B52 is a great purchase

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Ordered the b52 pro plus some accessories. One of the accessories was the leg extension. It’s completely useless. No stretch for quads or hamstrings. Plus it sits too high to do lat pulldowns. Asked for a refund and to return it. I got offered a $35 gift card. When I said I just wanted to return the product they quit answering my emails. Buy from someone else or your risking loosing out. They do not stand by their 35 day money back guarantee much less get you the product within that timeframe. I wish I would have noticed how many customers they did this to before I ordered from them.

Very Disappointed
My husband ordered our home gym system from Major Fitness in November, with an arrival time sometime in January. The gym still has not arrived (it is now end of February) and he has called several times for an update and no one ever answers. He has left numerous voicemails and no one has returned his calls. If this is the way this company is run customer service is handled, not sure if this is where you should be purchasing from. Very disappointed.

I spent a lot of time debating the purchase of the F-22 rack. I bounced from manufacturer to manufacturer and took over 3 months to pull the trigger. I wish I did sooner, it's exactly what I was looking for in a home gym. I couldn't be more happy with it. If I had to find a single fault, the only thing would possibly be I wish the cable pully system was a 1:1 weight setup rather than 2:1. But if that's the worst I can come up with, that's pretty awesome.

I ordered a plate storage item that didn’t fit my equipment, so I had to return it. Customer service was helpful, although I had to pay shipping to return the item. Was a rather expensive lesson for me, so be sure you measure multiple times before you order!!!

Ordered the machine, they told me ship in 10 days after 4-5 weeks it finally shipped & it took additional 2 weeks to arrive. In the meantime during the process reaching anyone for inquiries on status was basically impossible. Customer service needs lots of attention!

Everything is great. The price of the racks, I didnt get the pro version. Do any of you really think youre going to bend or break the 14 steel?? Youre not. The shipment was fast. It took a while to put together, but it should, right? Its a big ass machine with lots of moving parts. It is a little shorter than I would like it to be, but its made for homes. Is what it is. Im very happy with the purchase. I bought plates and benches on Amazon because they're cheaper. Sorry. But weight is a weight. Bought an additional bar so I'm not just stuck to the Smith machine. Great purchase. I would recommend 100 out of 100 times to do what I did and buy what I bought, for anyone looking to work out at home.

Equipment does not have any range of motion, also the rack I order they sent out the wrong one and overcharged me, but no biggie I am a content creator so I just let people know this company doesn’t make things write, also order the 2x2 leg extension and they sent the 3x3 to no surprise they told me I would have to pay to ship it back and if it wasn’t damaged they would replace it. lol JOKE of a company.

Not a Happy Customer
Paid close to $5k for the machine that in my opinion is worth $2k. 2-1 and 1-1 is Clumsy. Little to no resistance on the lower weights. Smith machine bar is flimsy and doesn't go low enough. Parts came damaged that someone clearly slap some paint over the damage at the factory and shipped out. One of the cables have already shredded after 1 use. The marketing doesn't match the China manufactured machine.
