Team Work Makes The Dream Work
I can't say enough good things about Tom Malan and his fantastic team! Everyone from the appraiser to the insurance broker, surveyor, mortgage lender, and title company made closing on my first home feel so smooth and easy—less than 30 days! I was a bit nervous about the home-buying process, but Tom was there for me every step of the way. He was super responsive and always ready to chat via text, phone, or email, so I never felt left out of the loop. The way he communicated between the buyer and seller was just fantastic! I wholeheartedly recommend Tom and his team; they turned the experience into a really positive one for me!

This guy is SOLID
This guy is SOLID. I spoke with some other mortgage people then was recommended to Tom. His numbers and timeframes for me were better than anyone else, and when I called he was back to me within 30 mins. everytime.

Tom made my first home buying experience so easy. He was always there to answer any and all questions I had (which was a lot). He truly made the process less stressful for me. He handled everything professionally and within time. Any questions I had he answered and pointed me in the right direction if needed. I will definitely always use him in the future, as well as referring friends and family to him.
