Fantastic service
I bought a Warhammer 40k omnibus that was old and hard to find online without being sold for ridiculous amounts. Marionville Models not only had it for a reduced price from the RRP, but also sent it out immediately. Absolutely fantastic service.

I ordered a Warhammer 40K omnibus from Marionville Models that is a little harder to get hold of for a reasonable price. They had it up for the standard retail price and a reasonable postage cost. The item arrived quickly, was well-packed and arrived in fantastic condition! 10/10! :)

I was a bit cautious due to the lack of reviews for this site. However, no issues at all and it arrived very quickly. Had ordered some paints but they ran out of one of them, they were very good at communicating and once i agreed to have it removed from my order, i received the refund and the confirmation for it to be shipped literally within the next few minutes. I then received it the next day

Excellent communication
A company that offers discounts on Games Workshop, ships and packages things well, and communicates with its customers gets 5 stars in my book.In my specific case, there was an issue at Games Workshop's warehouse which meant my order would be delayed. Marionville models posted about this (as they had received an email from GW about it) as soon as they became aware via their Facebook page.

Friendly and informative on the phone
Friendly and informative on the phone, game arrived quickly, well packed, new and shiny. In my experience it's always better to deal with people you can talk to even if you pay a couple of bucks more than on a faceless portal (in this case the price was excellent)

Great Experience, Fast Shipping
