My nephew ordered gloves on 8 June 2024, payment was processed on 10 June 2024. Gloves have still not been received. There is no number to call them and I have attempted to contact them 3 times using the contact form. No gloves still a year later (almost) and no refund! This company are thieves!
Complete and utter scam. I placed an order 5/13. I've followed up multiple times to find out when my order would ship and have received no answer. I googled to see if I could find a phone number and the one listed does not connect to an actual phone. I will be getting my money back through my bank and filing a complaint with the FTC.
This webpage is a scam. They charge your card and do not ship the product. There is no contact for customer service and they do not return emails.
Do not order from this company. It is a total scam. I ordered a uniform through them. My credit card was charged $149.49 and I never receive it. There was no way to contact anyone there. Through a Google search, I did find a phone number and called it. The person I spoke to said that he has not owned that website domain in over ten years and had no idea who has it now.
I found the site on-line. Did not know what to expect. The price was great and the free shipping awesome. Took 10 days total transaction time. I just wanted more communication as to when the item shipped.
I placed an order back on 08/30/2024. I still have not received my order. I have emailed martialgear.com three times and I still have not received a response. This is really feeling like a total scam operation.
Order from September never received. Tried to contact 5 times with no response. From online reviews I've seen, this is a scam. Looks like I need to file a dispute with my credit card company. What a hassle !!
Have not received my order from july 15. Emailed company 3 times. No reply. Why show an email address if you've no intention of replying? Found a phone number that is constantly busy. STAY AWAY! Instituted a complaint with my credit card company.
Great prices and free shipping. It took a while for my item to ship and I did not get any response to my order inquiry that I submitted through their site. However, I eventually received my order and came well packaged and in great condition.
Sent a broken bo staff. Not responding to multiple emails and messages sent through their website.

I placed an order on Oct. 25, 2023 for a Bo Staff. As of today, Nov. 20th, received nothing. No Staff, no response to my 4 request for information, NOTHING!!!What can I do?
I have not gotten my order !! The company do not answer my email as of yet. So that sucks as so I'm like most people The company is not a good one. Will not order from them and will tell not order from them.
I bought a Taiji sword from Martial Gear. This sword was poor quality and I wanted to return it. I emailed Martial Gear four times and (after a lot of research in finding an actual phone number) called. NOTHING. NO RESPONSE. Also, beware of their return policy of being responsible for mailing back merchandise and being charged a 20% reshelving fee. Definitely, customer service was not a priority. I had to have my bank reverse my payment, before they emailed me. BEWARE!
I wish there was such a rating as 0 stars or less. It has been two weeks since I have placed my order and I cannot even get a shipment verification, or answers to email requests that I have sent. I have contacted the Chamber of Commerce in Nixa, MO., and they have not even heard of this company. After enough research I did find that P.O. Box 1895 as they have listed is a valid P.O. Box even though the Postal Service would not verify it did belong to Martial Gear. After more headaches I did finally find a phone number of (877) 873-8530. Now whether this is valid or not remains to be seen because it is always and I do mean always busy. I ahve even called a couple of DoJos in the area, nothing favorable to report either. So it is my considered opinion that website and the company are both SCAMS. BUYER BEWARE!
Unresponsive customer service. Item never received. Had to call my credit card company to reverse the charge. Purchase from this vendor at your own risk!
Absolutely horrible customer service!! I would leave negative stars if possible. I've been trying for several weeks to get in contact with someone, ANYONE, about an order they show as delivered, but was not. They have no way to contact anyone. Apparently because this is a scam of a company. Avoid it!
I ordered online and it was very easy. They sent me a confirmation email, and then another email to let me know the order had shipped 2 days later. Then it arrived in 1 business day via FedEx, and shipping was free. I will definitely use again - saved a ton of money!
I placed an order through this site and expected my delivery 5-7 days later as the site said. After a week of not receiving an email about shipping, I checked my bank account to make sure the item was actually ordered and I had been charged so I thought shipping was just slow. There is no phone # or email to contact this company. After 3 weeks I was basically thinking I got ripped off. I checked my account again and there was no charge from the company. I have no idea what is up with this company, but they are horrible with communicating with supposed customers.
Crummy customer service. Ordered 7 sets of sparring gear and they refused to send my order to my UPS mailbox because it was a different address than my billing address. Even after explaining that packages are regularly stolen from our neighborhood door steps.
