I ordered an iPhone case that never arrived after weeks of waiting. USPS said it was not their problem even tho delivery agent. I contacted this vendor. They responded immediately, took over to insure a replacement/fast delivery. Thank you for your excellent customer service. Betsy
I contacted customer service by email about a phone case that chipped on the corner when I dropped it. I expected that I would either never hear from them or that it would be weeks before I got some canned response saying the warranty had expires. NOPE!!!! I got an email reply in less than 10 minutes and the company offered to send me another case if I paid the shipping fee. Now, that is great customer service. Try to make the suctomer happy or satisfied. I am definitely satisfied and will recommend this company to everyone who needs phone accessories. They are great to deal with. Jimmie Lynn Ramsaur
The delivery of my two products was really fast and communication from order to delivery was excellent. Unfortunately there was a minor mistake, as one of the products (original apple products in best condition- due to excellent packaging) had the wrong color. After letting MaxPureCases know that there was a mistake it did not take them 5 minutes and an excellent solution was offered with no hazle for me as the customer whatsoever. At MaxPure Cases the customer is really king and in the centre of attention! Thanks for this outstanding customer experience!
Case arrived quick enough, in great condition and packaging. Albeit my mistake, the company was prompt in a resolution that was both fair and simple. I’d highly recommend.

I accidentally purchased a phone case for the wrong model, they made the process super easy and fast to exchange the case for the correct one. Their customer service response time was very quick as well. Highly impressed, highly recommend.
I purchased the wrong phone case from MaxPureCases. When I reached out via email to them to ask about a return or exchange, the support staffperson not only responded within minutes but also offered to have me keep the case I mistakenly ordered and send me the correct case for only the shipping cost. This makes sense from a financial, shipping, and environmental standpoint, but the most important piece is about MaxPureCases' customer service and friendly problem-solving!
Ness and the MaxPureCase team were fantastic! They worked with me when I made a mistake with an order and were just great! The cases themselves are exactly the same as the ones you get from Apple. But at a lower price! My entire experience with MaxPure was terrific! Thank you Ness
I am grateful for MaxPureCases' excellent service. They were quick in replying to my request and resolved a return/exchange issue.
Avoid by all means. They will send you counterfeit products. Become very hostile in responding customer service inquiries. They use an address for their company which is under investigation by congress due to be used by many scammers. You can read their reviews article here. They are a bit unlucky this time as I am opening a legal case about them for counterfeit item and also partnering with their other shoppers that have bad experience and received such products to make full video about them and other companies that take advantage of loopholes in business registration and regulations in the US. Incredibly beautiful and well-made product (leather phone case). I had visited the site a handful of times leading up to purchase and viewed my intended case, but somehow when I was ready to buy, I must have selected the wrong model (iPhone 12/12pro, instead of iPhone 12 mini). Product comes internationally, so the free shipping option is a bit on the slow side. I would gladly pay $10 to cut that time in half or better if given the option. Anyway I emailed them Saturday about the mistake, (probably mine). They replied on Saturday night/Sunday morning, which was fast, and on the weekend! I’ve ordered the right one now and will be back to leave another review when it arrives, assuming it has the same stellar product quality as the other one I’ve received.
2/1/26 Total garbage! Ordered their product, never received it and they refused to fix the problem. Zero customer service involved. When you call their number it’s an answering machine! More to follow. 2/6/26 Follow up from email received by their customer service told to go f?$& myself followed by berating my current president. This was entirely unprompted. Not sure what is happening with this company, however, I would steer clear from them entirely…
I bought a protecting case for my iPhone and after using it for a few weeks, found out that one of the corners had a crack. Thinking that this was a material defect, I wrote to MaxPureCase. MaxPureCase answered to my complaint super fast and polite. It was pointed out that the case must have been dropped and broken because of the fall. My fault! As a gesture of goodwill MaxPureCase send me a replacement on the spot! Thank you so much for your generosity!
Much like Jeremy, who wrote the review prior to me, I’ve had the same treatment. I ordered a phone case for my husband as one of his Christmas gifts and it is the wrong size for his phone. Admittedly i think that I made a mistake with the size but regardless I emailed four times and have received no response. I followed all guidelines regarding refunds and exchanges and literally - radio silence. My husband has now bought his own case and told me to just get a refund but no one responds and I’m stuck with a case I can’t use, packed up to return, and am out of pocket. Totally unacceptable customer service be warned
