Wanted to purchase a '24-hour Package'…
Wanted to purchase a '24-hour Package' for my Florida PSM FEB2027 renewal but your "package" includes virtually the same courses I took the last licensing period. Be nice if the customer could construct their own "package" from the available courses listed in your course syllabus.

The course is so confusing.The outlines are not systematic and straightforward.The courses doesn’t take one and award the credits scored.I don’t even know if I was given any continuing education credits

I am very happy with the variety of subjects and quality of the course material. This my third season in a row that I use your services. I am still at more that half way of the courses, yet I highly recommend Mckissock

Material is relevant, presentation is thorough, and process is simple.Customer service, i.e. presenter of material was not needed. The only delay was due to my lack of persistance.

Great classes and subjects
Great classes and subjects, good depth of content, easy to follow, with helpful interim quizzes between chapters. Only slight criticism was a few too many useless "number" questions in final exam... like federal statutes and chapters for example. Best sticking to important parts of content in final exams, rather than specific numbers that you instantly forget.

Suggestions
When I take the course if I have to take a quiz after each chapter there should NOT be a final exam, also how do you pass each quiz with a 70% when there are only 5 questions per quiz..passing should be either 60% or 80% you choose!!
